⭐ 1/5 – False Advertising, Wrong Product, and Now Ignoring Me

⭐ 1/5 – False Advertising, Wrong Product, and Now Ignoring Me

I ordered the Luxarise Moringa & Berberine patches (order IBAH11014) based on Beelixa's website clearly stating the product is made in the UK. What arrived was a US-made product — smaller than advertised and a product I had previously tried and specifically wanted to avoid.

I raised this immediately and have been going back and forth with their customer service for over two weeks. Their responses ranged from blaming "lighting and camera angles" for the difference, to offering a 30% then 50% partial refund — neither of which is acceptable when the fault lies entirely with them for sending the wrong product.

I gave them a clear final deadline to either send the correct product or issue a full refund. They are now ignoring my emails entirely.

I have since initiated a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting this to Trading Standards.

Avoid this company. What they advertise and what they deliver are two different things, and when you challenge them on it, they stall, make excuses, and eventually go silent.
