Total scam. The product is 100% useless. But the worse is that they have been taking money £34.15 no not stop from my Apple Wallet and still sending to my address, even my bank is having difficulty to stop it.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company - same experience as everyone else. I tried to complain via PayPal and they were no help either . Belbexa somehow set up a subscription that I most certainly did not set up and then took money - with me they took initial payment that was justified then they waited 6 months before suddenly taking money monthly sneaky and unpleasant.

You are buying a subscription to get rid of a wart

This company is a scam you are buying a subscription. So if you need patches to get rid of a mole why would you need 5 boxes and a monthly subscription. I signed up for 3 boxes thinking I'd give the rest away to friends who had moles to get rid of and I used 3 boxes on me it did not work and they took money out for an additional 5 boxes, I did not know it was a subscription and when you go on the website you cannot cancel the subscription.

Scam

Scam. Several months has passed since I ordered something from this company. I still get notifications that they try to charge my card with a subscription I never signed up for.

Belebexa a fake company

I would have given Belebexa a zero. I’ve emailed them twice to cancel subscription which they acknowledged. It has been two months and I continue to email Belebexa and no refund. I contact my credit card twice and it is in dispute. The product is fake and does not work. It’s a nightmare trying to get this issue resolved.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Patches do not work and like others say, they have taken multiple unauthorised payments from my account each month. I did not sign up for any subscription at any point. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use this company

Same story as others. Cancelled subscription in August 2025 but they have taken payment and resumed the subscription. Bank will block subsequent payments but they owe me £20 for an unauthorised transaction and are not replying to my emails (5 as of today.)

They are fraudulent

They are fraudulent! I ordered the product in Oct 2026 once and cancelled the subscription. The product didn’t do much either. In March 2026 I got an email from Belbexa that my product was on its way? I hadn’t ordered this but they took money from my account and added a monthly subscription to the order. So far in emailing them, they have removed the subscription but they haven’t refunded me yet. I’ve been in touch with my bank and the transaction is flagged now as fraud. Avoid them!!!!

Although the product itself was good

Although the product itself was good, the problem was they are unreachable by phone, do not respond to emails, do not make it clear you are on auto ship once purchased and can not cancel your unknown subscription until you pay a fee!! Even though you called & emailed the same day they sent you their "confirmation email" and 2 days later send another saying your order is being shipped!!!

Unable to give zero star

Unable to give zero star. I would put a minus figure!! Aug 2025 bought the skin tag removal patches. Day after I discovered I had been tricked into a monthly subscription. I somehow managed to get the subscription cancelled, I told the company I had informed my bank as I believed I was being defrauded. Then in February 2026 I was informed I had bought the product AGAIN and was signed up for YET ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION. I fired off 3 different emails calling Belbexa THIEVES as I hadn’t even bought the product let alone sign up for a subscription. Once again , I mentioned I was referring them to my bank. Got a reply within 12 hours stating it was a computer error. No it wasn’t, the new subscription was on 17th each month, the original subscription I cancelled last August was on 21st each month. So surely a human had to input the data ?? The good news is I got my original payment refunded some 16 days after the ‘phantom purchase’. An absolute SCAM company that pretends to be in Florida, USA but is in fact in China. KEEP WELL AWAY !!!
