We had a really great experience with Beercocks Estate Agents from start to finish.

Everything felt professional but also very personal — they really listened to what we wanted and worked with us, rather than pushing their own agenda. We never felt under pressure at any point, which made a big difference, and when we did need advice, it was always honest and helpful.

Dawn was brilliant. She clearly knows the market inside out and gave us the confidence that we were pricing things right. Her advice led to a quick sale that genuinely reflected the value of our home, which is exactly what we wanted.

The office team, with Emily leading things, were also fantastic. They kept us in the loop the whole way through and were always friendly and easy to deal with. What stood out was how well the team worked together — if someone wasn’t available, someone else picked it up straight away without any issues.

They were a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes we had, but you can really see where the money goes. The photos, video, and overall presentation were a cut above and definitely helped showcase the house properly.

All in all, a really positive experience — couldn’t have asked for much more. 10/10.

It has been a rocky road for us with buyers being indecisive but Jack has been patience and supportive throughout.
