Expensive delivery charges
A great selection of beers with a free beer on orders over £50. Free delivery on orders over £50 would be better value.

As a relatively new start up we simply are not doing the mass volumes required to get great rates from couriers yet hence no free delivery option. It is coming soon we promise.

Great service, very quick. Would be nice to see an offer like similar websites that give you free delivery if you pay over a certain amount - a free beer is a nice touch but free delivery would be better!
Also would like to see a move to recyclable paper fragile tape, rather than the plastic type.
Edit: changed to 5 stars after great reply from beerhop. You've definitely got a long term customer in me!

With regards the tape we are currently looking at ways to make the packaging 100% recyclable .

Great stuff - quick delivery and great product! All the beers have at least 6 months on them to consume, which is brilliant, and although the courier managed to damage 2 of the bottles I got a refund for those immediately, good work. Hope you get parcel force to pay for their errors!

Great Beer, Excellent Service
Ordered my favourite Sierra Nevada beer from Matt and it was literally delivered the same day. Great selection of American beers, really easy to use website, and delivered in environmentally sound box.. especially liked the cardboard “bubble wrap”!

Easy to order and great service
Easy to order and great service. I have placed three orders recently - one was delayed but this was the fault of the courier, not Beer Hop.
Looking forward to enjoying my purchase and excited to see what new beers are added in the future. Any chance you can get hold of Tree House???

Beer Hop is great
Beer Hop is great! Really appreciate being able to get Sierra Nevada and Stone beers reliably this way, including some unusual bottlings of Sierra Nevada that I haven't seen anywhere else (barrel aged Torpedo an instant favourite). Parcel Force still up to their old tricks claiming no-one was available to take an order unfortunately, but it was "re"delivered promptly the next day so all good.
