Bad communication
I was not made aware that due to it being around the Christmas holiday that it would take the company 3 weeks to process my books and mail out a check. It was like pulling teeth. Not doing it again.

Holiday and high season delays are spelled out in the Terms of Service you indicated you read prior to checkout.

Actually, we didn't call you a liar, we merely stated the USPS only delivered one book to us in your second order - that's a simple fact.
You also fail to mention you were promptly paid for both your orders. Unfortunately, we can only pay for books we receive. Please direct your anger and poor review to the USPS which seemingly damaged your second order.
Customer service
There is not a phone number to call for customer service and I sent my book right away and it took them eight days to process.

I had to report their company on PayPal because they quoted my brand new book for $45 and then emailed me saying I would receive $0 and that I would not be getting my book back.
They commented they offered to return my book lol that’s hilarious. They said they if I wanted my book I had to send them $15 to some website or they would destroy the book after 24 hours. Like no just send me my book.

Actually, this is a complete lie. You sent the wrong book, not what was quoted, and we offered to return your book. Yes, you need to pay to have your book returned per the Terms of Service you agreed to upon checkout. It wasn't "some website" it was our PayPal email address as specified in the email sent to you. Good luck with your studies and in life.

SHADY and Fraudulent
They have very poor (or complete lack of) communication regarding any questions or issues with books already submitted. They have accused me of sending a counterfeit text book and supposedly sent this to a publisher for review. WHAT A FRAUD! Do not send your books to this shady company.

I have sent them books value @200$ about 1 month ago.Never ever received an e-mail back from them ,but one week ago when I contacted them Wendy replied that one of my book is counterfeit.I asked which one ?since I bought all of them new through my college. She/he never replied.I want my books back !!!you are not reliable!
