Very good service in a specialty market
For such a (relatively) specialty product, I was surprised to find a supplier with 100+ units in stock for immediate shipment.
The shipment arrived the next day.
The option of an external dimmer is a unique selling point and much appreciated in my application (private sailboat for navigation).
I would have liked to see Display Port connectivity, as this is superior to HDMI and should be the professional's choice.

My 2.5yr old 19” monitor stopped working all of the sudden. I contacted Beetronics who then sent me a series of questions in order to help them pinpoint the problem.
They quickly diagnosed the issue and a new plug was dispatched to me on the same day. An excellent first-class customer service experience, I guess you get what you pay for.
