Delivery logistics are difficult
Pricing and order placement are fairly good. Actual payment process introduces confusion regarding fulfillment. Past couple of orders have utilized R&L Carriers, who are horrible about logistics communications.

Lousy service
Received an estimate right away. Decent price and promised quick delivery. Paid for partition and now after 2 weeks, i still do t have so much as a tracking number for a shipment. Customer service makes empty promises with no actual information.
