The items came in good shape however…
The items came in good shape however the first pallet was too large for the truck so it took the driver 20 minutes to get it off the truck. We were also not informed about the need to have wire cutters to cut the metal bands.
The second order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when we would reach out about the status of the item, customer service took multiple days to reach back out with that information

All of our shipments come on pallets and have pallet strapping, which can be cut with cutters or actually be pulled off at the fastening connection in opposite directions with brute strength - this strapping is the standard for pallet shipments delivered via freight carriers.
The 1st order that you placed was quick ship order, which shipped in 48 hours. The 2nd order that you placed was a custom order, which fell under a longer lead time. This extended lead time information was provided up front to you in the quote package.
In looking at our email correspondence history, our customer service team responded right away to each of your emails. However, updates on fabrication require us to wait to hear from our manufacturer on the status. We apologize if this took longer than expected to gather the information that you were requesting.
Again, we apologize if you had a less than satisfactory experience. We achieve for a 100% customer satisfaction rate.
