The product was months late, too big for my Mom whom I ordered it for and of very low quality she said. It was an embarrassing gift to give!
I emailed the company to let them know it never arrived (and then months later it did) but I never heard back.
Honestly, I would expect a refund!

Never arrived. Ordered in May. Contacted them twice. Sounds like a legitimate delay In the first response and no reply to the second email. I image they have made quite a lot of money from this scam. Will be more careful in the future.

No return address, promised a refund but never received it, don’t buy from this company!

I paid for a T-shirt at the beginning of May 2020. I never received my purchase and the company is not interested. I asked for a refund but they declined

Order took 3 months to arrive. I actually had given up hope of it arriving. The item was just ok. Not sure if the writing will stay on long however. We will see.......

Add me to the list of suckers too. Ordered and paid for a t-shirt in early May. After weeks and weeks waiting for it (way too late for the birthday present it was supposed to be), the t-shirt had two holes below the logo on the front (like moth holes). Both Matt and Nicky said I would get a replacement t-shirt, since when, nothing and the site has now closed. A horrible scam.

Would give a 0 if I could. This company are complete frauds. Please DO NOT buy from them. I waited 3 Months for my t shirt to arrive. Asked to cancel order repeatedly in this time because it was intended as a gift which would have been far too late. They refused to cancel order and kept fobbing me off with lines like, it should arrive in the next 2 days.
When it finally arrived, it is made from the cheapest material, the colour is disgusting and the fit (if you can call it that) is a joke - really short and wide.
Absolute disgrace. I can not believe this company has not been shut down yet. I have contacted the financial ombudsman to file an official case.
Please DO NOT under any circumstances order from them.

I loved the idea that this 'business' gave a portion of profits to helping bee projects and I ordered a "100% cotton" t.shirt. It arrived today. It is not cotton. The print is crooked and off centre and the shape of the shirt is odd. Definitely a scam. I was 'sucked in' to a 'free shipping if purchased today' incentive and within half an hour of them taking my money the website 'closed'. Can't believe something actually arrived in the mail today 27 days later but it's not something I can wear. The facebook page has a contact email address at 'zendesk' but I don't for a moment believe they will refund my money.

I ordered 4 T-shirts back in June and I cannot find the contact information for the company. I have not received my shirts. Can someone please share contact information for this company?

Completely agree with everything everyone has said about being suckered into a scam believing it was an environmentally sound company. I also bought a yellow t-shirt (which should have been mustard) and am still trying to get my money back!! ‘Matt’ also responded promptly to my complaint as always to say he’d pass my case to the ‘right department‘ now they’re closed. No refund either! The t-shirts are for sale with other companies so just watch who you order/buy from!

Dont use this company! They take your money, several weeks later send you a cheap and nasty tshirt then say they'll refund this but never do. If this has happened to anyone else then please take this up with your bank to investigate.

I fell for it too, I was suckered into what appeared to be ‘wholesome’ & ‘environmentally’ friendly, something to do with bees... I am guilty of not investigating it further & wasted good money on a cheap t shirt with a transfer from China! I dread to think of the conditions & or poor soul who made it.
My t-shirt did arrive after weeks of chasing it via email & after seeing the website closed (!) my tshirt however has two stains/marks - 1 brown one in the armpit, 😨 and one faint grey one near the bee, the bee looks like its not going to stay on for long.
Absolutely disappointed ☹️

I’m giving this one star so I get enter the text box. Similar to others I ordered a t shirt in May - this is July - and not received the goods. I’ve emailed and on first two enquiries I received responses however I’ve sent another three and heard nothing. Disgraceful that their adverts are still popping up on Instagram.

Thought I was buying from a UK based company. The T-shirt came from China after about 3 months. The yellow t-shirt I received looked to be worth about £3. No shape, canary yellow (not the mustard I ordered), awful quality. ‘Matt’ responded promptly to my complaint as always to say he’d pass my case to the ‘right department‘ now they’re closed. No refund! There are other similar websites on Instagram selling the same t-shirts - company rebrand perhaps? Be careful!

COMPLETE SCAM!

Ordered a shirt, received a confirmation and shipping email immediately, but then the tracking link brought me to a page that said they had closed. I emailed the support address that was provided and did not receive a response.

I've since made a dispute claim with my credit card company and am hoping to have my money credited back to me.

This operation is a scam. They have taken my money and not delivered the goods. The link on an email received confirming my order over 3 weeks ago now takes you to a page announcing that their business is now closed. It's disgraceful. I have reported them to the authorities.

For those that have paid and have never received their item consider contacting your bank and requesting a charge back. With NatWest you can fill in an online form, I got a full refund in about 2 weeks.

Finally received my tshirt but the quality is so poor and worth only a couple of pounds not £17!! Transfer also coming off. A refund was agreed but suprise.... they are still waiting to receive confirmation from that particular department. Total scam.
