Like everyone else I waited weeks and weeks for my t-shirts. They actually did eventually arrive. Both are the wrong size and the colours are nothing like the picture, really faded and dull. I would avoid buying from them.
Also like everyone else I got a few polite emails before Matt stopped bothering to reply any more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. wish I’d read reviews before placing my order. Ordered a tee shirt on 4th April and I have still not received it. Like others I received an email from Matt explaining the delay but still nothing. I’ve now raised a claim via my bank and charge back.

Like others, no tshirt has arrived and no refund despite repeated emails. Its a scam. Dont buy from them

Ordered 18 April. Still waiting for T-shirt but money taken day of order. Matt in customer services replied a few times, but now my emails and posts on their Instagram account are just being ignored. Absolute scam! And I thought I was ordering from a UK company only to find out it’s coming from China.

Update:
T-shirt has finally arrived. It’s as expected in terms of size and the right design, and quality looks okay.

The item took weeks and weeks to arrive. I didn't receive any tracking information but they were prompt to provide this when I emailed. Judging from the reviews on here Matt in customer service must be very busy!
My T-shirt has finally arrived and it's not like the picture. It's a shapeless t-shirt in a different yellow to the image on the site. The print is shiny and all in all it looks cheap.

It doesn’t deserve any stars.
A scam. No deliveries.
Stopped sending consoling emails too.
I will report to FB which will do good.
So watch out for them and always comment.

Ivor must be the only one to have received his order! has to be a Fraudulent scam. Over a month of waiting for an item that will never arrive. No contact details/address/phone number to contact on website. Poor communication and copy and paste the same message daily. Asked for a refund and they ceased communication.
Cheaper T-shirt’s elsewhere too! How this “business” can still be running is a joke!

Bit of a delay on item arriving but when contacted Matt at Bee Wholesome got an immediate reply & explanation of what was happening. Item arrived then as promised

Have waited 6 weeks for this item. Contacted customer service who just fobbed me off. Asked for a refund as I had no item but was told to wait a week, when that week passed I was just asked to wait another week, do not use this website

UPDATE 2: after some emails with “Nikki” telling me she had to “build a case to check by our relevant team” and that it had been passed to their “fulfilment team”, I’ve heard nothing for a week. Thankfully I’d already contacted my bank for a chargeback and it’s been processed this week. I’m utterly appalled by the behaviour and audacity of this company, and can only reiterate DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

UPDATE: product finally arrived 2/6/20. It’s awful! As others have said, completely different yellow (bright), very thin, poor quality, and poorly fitted. I’ve emailed again today to return and for a refund (as per their policy). Up to this point, I’ve had 3 refund requests ignored and an auto reply saying their mailbox was full and giving an alternative email address. Can not reiterate enough: DO NOT ORDER!!

Another case of not reading the reviews first. Ordered a t-shirt 3/4/20, dispatched 6/4/20, it's been on "Air Transport" since 19/4/20, with no further updates. I contacted them and received an email telling me to wait longer. I emailed again last week to request a refund, and have had no reply. I've emailed again today, though I'm not expecting much having read other reviews. Will be going through my bank in hopes of a refund now.

Agree with previous review. Overpriced, shapeless T shirt could’ve bought at a market stall and added own transfer! Do NOT buy!!! When I enquired regarding refunds I did not get a response!

Terrible company avoid at all costs. Have ordered a t-shirt online with them way over a month ago. Haven’t had one shipping update and was never prompted that shipping would take this long at the time it was placed. The t shirt was bought as a gift for someone which has now long passed and I asked for a refund after no updates or customer due care and attention and it has been rubbed off by 3 people from there customer support.

Overall I feel robbed and neglected as a customer and will never shop here again nor recommend them to anyone! Stay away 1 Star!

I like many others ordered a T-Shirt on 20 April, it has not arrived.
The tracking status has not changed since 5 May so on Friday 22 I emailed (again) to say I would not wait any longer for the item to arrive and asked for a refund - I have not received a reply.
I have spoken with my credit card company who have advised I email once more and give a deadline for Beewholesome to refund. If they do not respond or refund then I can apply for a chargeback on my credit card. BE AWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Does anyone know the address for returns? I can’t find it anywhere on their site. As below, wish I read the reviews before ordering. I’m going to let Tom’s know they are mentioning them as they are riding on their goodwill.

Do not use this company. I felt I’d looked up to check reviews but at the time they had flooded the internet with what I can only believe are fake reviews. They are not based in the UK and the product is not the t-shirt used in the picture on their site. Complete rip off and very much doubt they support any bee conservation projects. I noticed the t-shirt is available on Wish for a vastly reduced price too. If there was any hope of getting a refund I’d try but realise that’s all part of this scam.

Feel stupid for getting caught out so lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Waited 5 weeks and counting! The order confirmation advises delivery times of 1-4 weeks due to shipping delays but I'm still waiting for my order after 5 weeks. I've spoken with then via email and all they could say was it's on its way, very disappointing.

Absolute scam. Bought a t shirt in good faith. Email after email. They did reply with excuse after excuse. Still no t shirt - still no refund- now 3 months later

Just like reviews below, I ordered a bee kind t shirt 5 weeks ago. Got one message to say it had left China and then nothing else until I researched company name and emailed Matt as had given up on tracking where it was. The t shirt finally arrived today. Over sized, different yellow, different quality. Very disappointing.

Don't buy from this company.

Absolutely terrible, seems to be a UK company but you get delivery from China with no tracking and very long delays.

The product I did eventually receive, but was nothing like the photo I ordered from and was terrible quality!!

Do not respond to emails or complaints or refund money!
