Same experience as other reviews I have just read. I ordered from Bee Wholesome over 2 months ago expecting the order to arrive within a couple of weeks. The item shipped from China but seems to have disappeared somewhere while on transit as the tracking information hasn’t been updated in two months. The tracking information doesn’t say who the item is coming with other than it was dispatched from China (which isn’t advertised on their website) and is only shown on their website rather than being able to be linked to the tracking page of the delivery service being used to ship it. I tried contacting Bee Wholesome to find out more about where my item is but they kept sending a generic response saying ‘if the item has not arrived in a week please get back in touch, we’ll investigate then’. I asked for a refund after month of these ‘get in touch if it’s not here next week‘ emails and they stopped replying once a refund was mentioned. I’ve sent a few follow up emails and heard nothing back. Definitely seems to be a scam, it looks as though they’ve abandoned ship on Bee Wholesome and are now operating under other business names, I’ve seen the same bee t-shirt advertised on Instagram over the last week with different business names.

Same story unfortunately. Seems to be a non-existent company. I think I have been scammed. Ordered 2 months ago, T-shirt and necklace for a present. Taken in by the environmental cause :-( . BEWARE: The same people seem to have set up a new company/Scam selling the same goods but called Help the Bees (helpthebees.net). The Bee Wholesome name probably got too hot to handle. Do not buy from this site!!! Both of these sites and the merchandise also seem remarkably similar to that on the Our Earth Project site - no addresses, phone numbers, company house records on any of them - please check carefully!

It took nearly 50 days to arrive but eventually the item did turn up as described. I read all the reviews here and did panic and I think Bee Wholesome leave a lot to be desired. I think in truth this is a poorly executed drop-shipping / Ali Express venture that hasn't been helped by the Covid 19 pandemic and ships from China even though it's marked as a UK based eco friendly business. Matt went silent after I demanded a refund (when I was still unsure whether the item would ever arrive) and his customer service is polite but very flaky and non-commital. I reckon this is a one man band who doesn't fully understand what they're doing.

Like everyone else I am shocked and disgusted by this company. Beewholesome? Need to change there name to Bee money grabbing. NO ONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Blaming covid, asked for a refund Matts never replied since. No one replying to emails or their ACTIVE instagram page. Reporting for scam. Appalled.

If I could leave less stars I would. No goods arrived. Refuse to refund. Got bogus tracking saying it in air transit from China. This was about 7 weeks ago. Blame covid, royal mail, suppliers, whoever. Do not buy from these people, you will not see your goods or your money again.

The t shirt was shipped from overseas.

VERY low quality t shirt, bright yellow not mustard and the design is wonky!!!

I ordered a t shirt on 8 April and still not received it. The tracking system says it was in Air Tansport on 20 April. I contacted them by email on 5 May asking why it was taking so long and of course they blamed Covid but said it could take another 2 weeks but was already in transit. Still not arrived. I am absolutely livid with this company. Don’t know what to do from here but feel I shouldn’t let it go.

Ordered T shirt nearly 2 weeks ago, tried to track my order but getting worried as no progress from original order! Don't order anything from Beewholesome!

Update, May 23rd 2020:
The shirt I'd ordered back in March arrived today, having made the long trip from China. So I felt it was fair to say so here, although I am leaving my original review below for reference as I have still never received a reply to my refund requests. HOWEVER, Bee Wholesome: in order to (re)gain credibility with your customers you MUST be honest about the source of your products, and you must reply to ALL customer correspondence.

Yes, it happened to me too. A pathetic scam, particularly during these difficult times. 'Matt' was the cheery contact person for us all, it seems, but since I've insisted on a refund in my last two emails things have gone very quiet...
As I understand this 'UK company' has already been reported.

I seem to be in the minority in that I received a t-shirt, but it's absolutely nothing like the one advertised
Again, I got a few email responses at the beginning but now absolutely nothing. Looking like no chance of a refund from these con artists.

Sadly find myself in the same boat as many others. Ordered in March and still not received my T-shirt. Initially Matt responded to my emails but there has been no reply to the last two. I have now requested a refund but based on other reviews I think it is unlikely that I will receive one. Disgraceful

Thought I was ordering from UK but apparently not.
Placed my order in March, and according to tracker it seemed to get stuck in "Air transit".
After numerous emails back and forth with Matt , (and asking to cancel my order with full refund at one point), it finally arrived yesterday 20th May.
I'm pleased to say, it's great!

I received the t-shirt today after ordering in March. It is advertised as Bee Wholesome UK but shipped from China. T shirt was bright yellow not mustard and cheap cotton not the jersey material it looks in the picture.

Ordered a t shirt in March and bank account debited same day - nearing 2 months and nothing has arrived despite me chasing twice. It’s a shame as I only purchased fir bee conservation - hopefully that’s where my money went cos it certainly didn’t on the t shirt 🙁

Ordered the honeycomb necklace. Arrived today and is nothing like what is advertised. I wouldn't pay £1 for it.

I would have given in 0 stars if possible. Placed an order on 30th March. Today is 21st May, no sign of my order. I have sent numerous emails, to which “Matt” replied, blaming Covid. When I asked for a refund he stopped replying to my emails. Scam! Avoid! I have reported them on social media sites, as well as the Trading Standards.

I placed an order in March. It’s now nearly June and no sign. I’ve spoken to Matt in customer support regularly by email who said it’s delayed due to covid 19. It’s not. I wish I’d read these reviews sooner. Please don’t fall for this scam.

Unfortunately I fell for Matt's dishonest emails too. This website is definitely a scam. Ordered end of March no sign of parcel. 'Matt' stopped responding as soon as I asked for a refund. Disgraceful taking advantage of people at this time. Got a refund from my cred card.

Update
Today I received a card from post office to pay £16.11 for customs charge for this item. No chance I’m paying that. Nearly the same price as the top. Tried to contact seller again for refund

If I could give zero I would. Matts promises of T-shirt still haven’t arrived 8 weeks on. Claims it is stuck in transport. The parcel reference has no mention of location of where being shipped to so wouldn’t be surprised if this is the same tracking code given to multiple customers.
Trying to get my money back at the moment.

Order placed in March. Now May and no delivery. Same standard email from “Matt”. Will be “this week”, the issue Is with the change of courier, email us next week and we’ll investigate etc etc. Apparently they are unable to refund as the problem isnt with them.
Just don’t bother.
