Beware, tickets resold at double the face value for The Cure. Try and buy from official ticket sites!!

Was looking for a ticket to the Corey Taylor tour in the UK but it was sold out, found out beeyay, and got my ticket, it was transferred to my email from ticketsmaster. I attest this website and the customer service is Legit 100%

Would be zero if I could. Do not use, I have lost £1000 through purchasing with them. No refund or help offered. No one to talk to to discuss. Don't lose your money people!! I am £1000 down and did not even get to go to the event as they changed my event date from the booked thursday to sunday to a later date of saturday to sunday. £1000 for 1 night of festival. So sad..

I got my tix a few hours before the Prodigy gig. £20 cheaper than face value and got an email through to download straight away. Quick and easy. Will be buying again.

Please beware of Beeyay when buying concert tickets. Before you buy anything from Beeyay, search for the official sales site of the event you plan to attend. I did not realize that Beeyay was not the official ticket sales site for the event Wireless Festival in London on 3 July 2022 and paid double the price for two tickets for my daughter and her friend.
We live in Cape Town and were due to be in London at the time of the concert. Beeyay was the first site listed when searching for the event tickets. In large bold black font, the ticket price of GBP192 was listed. In very small, light grey font, bundled with information one normally doesn't notice on websites, was the face value of the ticket.
My daughter's friends parents were more astute online shoppers and quickly realized I had massively overpaid for the tickets, so they bought their son a ticket from the official site, Ticketmaster for GBP90 + 10 shipping.
I contacted Beeyay and explained that I had been ripped off and that there were tickets at 50% less than what I paid for on the official site. They sent me several emails mansplaining their terms and conditions and what their website does - peer to peer sales and how they don't monitor the prices, etc... Eventually, they refunded me GBP 63.60 - the commission I would have incurred for the privilege getting ripped off.
From the day I bought the tickets on May 31, 2002 until the day of the concert, there were ample tickets available for face value GBP90 and there were tickets for sale at the Ticketmaster window on the day. I confirmed with them that new tickets were not released, it was never close to selling out. So there was no way to sell my overpriced extra ticket. All in all, I am out GBP284.10. That is an incredible amount of money. My Beeyay "Peer" is laughing his way to the bank.
Other sites that sell peer to peer, often have comparative features showing you which sites have the best prices, Beeyay needs to add this feature if their true interest is in the customer.
So please beware. Always make sure you buy from official site or peer to peer that is more transparent about current value and availability of tickets.
Finally, Trustpilot, despite being provided with all the requested supporting documentation, deleted my review. Wonder if they were paid to do that?

I've never heard of Beeyay before so was a little worried about buying tickets from them.

But I bought tickets to see the gypsy kings at kew the music, when tickets were sold out. No problems at all and I had a great time.

Got Friday tickets for TRNSMT through this site after it sold out, were quick to answer any questions I had and got the tickets no dramas.

I've managed to sell my tickets and got paid less than 7 days after the event. I'm super happy with the customer service and I will use it again to sell and/or buy tickets in the future! 5*

I initially had a difficult experience with the site, not having realised it is a secondary sales site, and the prices may not be the same as official face value for tickets sold, and indeed may be significantly more.

Customer service responded to my complaint quickly and professionally and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Be vigilant in your purchases, research, and read the small print.

I believed I’d been scammed by another well known site and bought back up tickets for Harry Styles for my daughter from Beeyay
Being a novice at all this I messaged Beeyay on their Facebook page and had a phone call from a very helpful man who put me at ease instantly!
He had great advice to give and I felt very confident in it

Honestly, I bought two standing tickets from this marketplace and 1 ticket from officially ticket store of tour,first of all I was scared about my purchased ticket cause I have been waiting for long time for my QR code, even I texted to beeyay support and I was very unpleasant, but enentually I Got my tickets erlier than official website. sending tickets on this way is really strange but, actually I got my tickets and I entered on event, was fun
If you have possible, buy ticket from official tour stores but Beeyay too works
