Paid double the face value by buying through Beeyay for tickets that were available for face value on other sites. Total rip off. Partly my fault by not checking other sites. Will not use again.

Absolutely awful experience with Beeyay! Purchased tickets in December for my sons Christmas and it was only today, after weeks of trying to find out why the tickets had not been delivered - the day of the actual gig they informed me that they had to cancel the purchase! One very disappointed son and friend!!!!

Even though I did not hear about this website originally when looking to purchase tickets for a sold out event, I’m more than impressed with the level of service from Beeyay. From the very start , the communication has been nothing but fantastic and the ticket was transferred to me as soon as the transfer option was available which was even several weeks before the concert! The communication from the staff in the emails was informative and helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process and were always so quick with replies ! My ticket was transferred to me efficiently and quickly, no complaints whatsoever.
I can say with confidence that I recommend Beeyay for anyone looking to purchase resale tickets from a trusted provider. Thank you Beeyay!!

Was kept reassured about the safety of my ticket and given updates closer towards the event. I stopped worrying, got my ticket and had a really good time in the end. I would most definitely use Beeyay again

Do not use this company. They do not own the tickets when they sell them to you.
They purchase them in the days leading up to the event but if they can’t source them they leave you in the lurch.
This happened to me, 6 hrs before doors opened to Sleaford Mods.
Despite paying Beeyay over 3 times face value on the day of release - no tickets on the day (despite repeated assurances in days before event)
Full refund but many expenses had been made. Scammers. This whole industry needs some serious regulation. The bands dont profit, the venues don’t profit, the leeches get very fat.

The company is legitimate but the venue could not give us confirmation that we would get in. Maybe the website should give some sort of reassurance.

They clearly have a site full of ticket touts, who are upselling tickets. They wash their hands of any responsibility and simply charge you more for the privilege of selling on tickets. Do not use them.

As a seller, whilst this site doesn't get the same volume as others(hopefully can improve) the customer services are amazing. The platform is amazing and the speed they do stuff is WOW. Take a note viagogo this is how staff should perform.

I feel completely conned. Just bought tickets for elbow which cost £288 for 2. On sale elsewhere for less than half that. At best the website was misleading. Will never use this site again.

For anyone in doubt, they are a legitimate resale market place, just not as famous yet as other ones.

I was experiencing issues receiving my ticket and I must have sent almost 20 emails to them asking for help. They always replied within less than 24 hours and despite being a tricky situation, they did everything they could to ensure I'd get my ticket on time.

I would recommend if you missed on tickets.

Beeyay team was supportive polite and patient. Tickets I received a day before the event, but purchased a month before + made a continental journey to London for the event.
