I bought tickets for one of the Pink shows at the Tottenham stadium and couldn't have been more pleased with the process. We got great seats close to the stage for a decent price, and they were transferred to my email in plenty of time. The whole process was pretty seamless, and I'd happily buy from here again.
earlier this year, I purchased tickets for Jordan Davis in Belfast from Beeyay as Ticketmaster and the venue had sold out. Although the tickets were sent as PDFs and looked like screenshots, they scanned without any issues on the night of the concert. I knew the tickets were more expensive than the original price but was willing to pay extra since it was a gift for my wife
Avoid this site at all costs!
I thought this was a normal ticket site. I very rarely buy tickets and I’m not very good at navigating around these sites . I wanted 4 tickets for Sting. I looked on the day the tickets were released. Ticket price was £65. I thought I had booked 4 tickets. Got the confirmation email and stupidly did not scroll down to notice that in tiny writing I had only booked 2 for the price of 4!!
The tickets only arrived a few days before, and then it emerged were from Ticketmaster’s resale. The individual selling had bought them on Priority O2 - which of course is not supposed to happen.
If I had known, I would never buy resale tickets on the day of release when there were plenty available at face value. It meant my statutory rights were affected and I had paid double the price I needed to.
I wrote to complain, but of course the company just told me I had bought 2 tickets. My mistake, but I really do feel like the company did not make it clear they were third or fourth party. In reality, why would anyone have used them on the day of release?
I felt completely conned!
I would advise everyone to avoid this site at all costs. Yes, they are legitimate, but when you're spending over £540 for two tickets, you expect to be informed with updates on your order status, not just told to email them if the tickets haven't arrived 3 days before the event.they don't reply to emails, which doesn't fill you with confidence. If you do purchase tickets, you will have to chase them Daily and bombard them with emails, as there is no telephone number to contact them and their communication is shcoking/terrible. They don't care at all about their customers or your concerns. I got tickets from another smaller website for my Chemical Romance that had a phone number and responded to emails within a few hours. I would have gone there, but they weren't selling Foo Fighters tickets. This site should be called "beenay" instead of beeyay.
It’s a disgrace that these Beejay people are part of this RACKET & then actually claim not to be!! It’s almost like knowingly handling stolen goods & then claiming you’ve done nothing wrong! “WE DON’T SET THE PRICE” they say!!😏🙄
Anyway, we received 2 x legitimate £49.10 each, Ticketmaster tickets to see Rick Astley, at Scarborough Fri 5 July, which I FOOLISHLY & naively paid £165 each for without checking that TICKETMASTER ….STILL had them for sale at only £49.10 each!??
Absolutely disgraceful & shameful BEEYAY….you ARE party to this, but I admit to being a fool buying in haste for my Rick mad girl & really did want to surprise her - but she was more surprised at the £165!
BEEYAY get ONE star for me actually receiving tickets in good time, which is also nothing to do with BEEYAY….stupid name anyway!
Thanks folks. GO TO TICKETMASTER!
I purchased Fletcher tickets from Beeyay after searching for available tickets online. It was a sold out event and the other resale sites didn’t have any so I took a punt and ordered 2 on here. I was wary as I hadn’t heard of this website before and it was a lot of money, but the transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother. The resale price was double the face value but I was happy to pay it as it’s a gig I really wanted to go to! I paid and the tickets were transferred to me on Ticketmaster by the seller less than an hour later… and the show was amazing! Would use again in future if needed
My purchase went smoothly. I received the ticket early and entered the event normally.
I did not have any issues requiring customer support, so I don't have experience with that part.
Personally, I am going to avoid, avoid, avoid from now on due to a bad experience with this lot. I bought what I was led to believe was 4 tickets for a show only to be told via the next email that it was in fact only 1 ticket (and via Ticketmaster now). I asked straightaway to be reimbursed due to the misunderstanding (misleading?) and was flatly refused, nope, you signed up, look at our T's and C's etc. etc. I was fobbed off. Well, I wish I had paid more attention to their T's and C's but we don't always, do we? There's usually a degree of good will but unfortunately not with Beeyay so be very careful with them. I'm not aware of any other company which has no kind of cooling off/reimbursement process. I've come away feeling ripped off basically.
Also, be aware that in the event of a problem Beeyay are protected by a raft of T's and C's which they constantly remind you of, whereas you and I have no recourse whatsoever, nor with the 'reseller' who is covered by data protection. As others have mentioned on here, be sure to double check all other outlets before buying tickets as you'll probably find them at the correct price if not sold out, and scrutinise the small print of what you are buying. Hope this is helpful.
Top class service!! I had previously ordered tickets for my daughters birthday present with Viagogo and was let down massively.
So I was a bit wary about trying another company but I explained to them what happened and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the tickets and my daughter needed up having a fantastic time. Their customer service is truly outstanding!! Can't not fault them on one thing and I certainly recommend this company
Bought 2 tickets in November for Jordan Davis in Belfast February just past as ticketmaster and the venue had sold out. Was skeptical at first as the payment was taken and PDFs of the tickets were sent immediately (they were clearly screenshots). I contacted Beeyay to make sure the tickets were legitimate and they assured me they were. Moving on to the night of the concert, after going up to the security with the ticket scanners, both ticket barcodes scanned with no issues and the tickets were confirmed as real!!
On buying the tickets I was under no illusion of the price, I was fully aware the tickets I was buying were double the original price and I was willing to pay that as I wanted them as a gift for my wife. They are a resale site and they will always be a lot more than original price, nobody is forced or tricked into paying extra. I would use the site again without hesitation.
Save me writing, I never researched this CROOKED company - rushed to buy tickets for Rick Astley in Scarborough 5.7.24…£165 & my gf who I’d bought for, saw them STILL, on TICKET MASTER, for £49. WHAT A FOOL IVE BEEN, but some consolation that this company fools many:
Another review:
ABeeyay are absolute crooks. They charged me 4X the price on a ticket that wasn't even sold out. They did not flag that the ticket was second hand and still available at regular price. I was not from the area and had no idea that I was buying someone's else's ticket. There site should explicitly say what they are doing and to verify with ticketmaster that particular tickets are still available. I ended up buying a $100 ticket I didn't even get to use. I hate Beeyay. They are the worst company you could possibly interact with. Take my advice and run!
Misleading titles of tickets and selling for double the price. Do not use.
I purchased Morgan Wallen tickets in March this year and am due to be seeing him in 5 days and still haven't received my tickets. Other friends have received them and they're good to go but I am worried I won't get in. I've seen other people have posted similar queries and had this resolved..
Other than that I can't fault the process and the transaction of buying the tickets was really good. I am just worried sick that I won't be able to go to see him as I have been waiting for him to come to the UK for years now. :(
Thank you for your help
Got tickets for Corey Taylor in Manchester Academy, simple and no issues at all.
If you’re a stress head like me don’t worry the ticket will get you in 🤣🤣🤣
Received tickets today for 50 cent great service no hitches great service
I stupidly bought tickets for the wrong event. I spoke to Beeyay and they managed to speak to the seller and get my order switched to the right date, so relieved! They were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - great customer service.
I bought some N-Dubz tickets the day before the show. They were very cheap so I was a bit unsure, especially as I'd not come across Beeyay before, but they were ready straight away and we got into the event no problem. I will definitely check this site again for any last minute bargains
Do not use this company, purchased tickets, money quickly taken from account, then advised the tickets I purchased was not in the place showing, I have requested my money back, but because my partner wrote them a bad review, was told NO REFUND unless that post is removed. Have now taken this up with trading standards who are investigating along with my bank, they dont seem to understand I did not get what I paid for, and now want to hold onto my money. Offered me £30.00 refund due to tickets not being in the area I paid for, but even that refund was not made, Just to update you, Beeyay said no refund would happen unless the bad review was removed, I dont take kindly to blackmail, the bank has now got involved and all the emails from them sent to trading standards
I bought tickets on beeyay that didn’t seem available anywhere else. I was a bit hesitant as i’d not heard of them before, but the e tickets arrived quickly and looked genuine, and absolutely no issues on the day of the event! I’d use them again.
