⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Cash-Back Site — Easy Payouts & Bonus on Gift Cards!
Just cashed out on BeFrugal for the first time, and I’m really impressed! The site works smoothly, and I love that they give you multiple payout options — Venmo, Zelle, gift cards, etc. The gift card choices even come with bonus payouts of around 5–8%, which is a nice extra perk.
The only downside is that you have to wait about two months for rewards to fully process, and the sign-up bonus only becomes available once you’ve earned $20 in cashback. But honestly, aside from that, everything else has been great. The browser extension is super convenient and works a lot like Honey or Capital One Shopping.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience — definitely 5 stars!

then when it just before becomes verified it either says transaction was "reversed" or dissapears completely or says its "unverified" (right after it was verified) just another unusable cashback site, please don't use this site.

I went on Befrugal and clicked on…
Update: Received the same response again. I removed Befrugal extension and requested my account to be deleted, which they did on 12/7/25 with no problem.
I don't feel Befrugal is a scam since I have had some cash back but this is not the first time that this has happened on larger cash back and purchases.
I went on Befrugal and clicked on PetMeds showed 20% cash back. Made sure several times that Befrugal had access to the site. Took pictures for proof. Made a purchase and took pictures of order and the drop down box showing Befrugal had access.
Later after placing order I looked under shopping trips and PetMeds was not showing.
I started a ticket asking why and included proof of the purchase by copying and pasting. Also, stated I had pictures proving purchase and Be Frugal had access. "Todd" replied and gave me the canned response that I was not on Befrugal didn't follow instructions etc.
There is no way to attach pictures of proof and "Todd" stated that screenshots is not proof anyway.
Five emails back and forth, bottom line they do not want to honor this purchase and they will not accept my pictures.
I will contact the merchant somehow to let them know.
Very disappointed.

For transparency, Cash Back can only be credited when we receive both a tracked click and a qualifying purchase confirmation from the retailer. In this case, we did not receive a recorded tracking click for that PetMeds order, which unfortunately prevented us from validating the visit with the merchant. Additionally, PetMeds does not allow Cash Back on prescription items, which is listed in their Cash Back terms on our site.
We understand how disappointing this can feel, especially when higher Cash Back rates are involved. Please know this is not a matter of unwillingness to honor the purchase, but rather retailer-reported tracking and eligibility requirements that we must follow.

BeFrugal is the best Cash Back site I've ever used!
I have used many cash back website, but now I only use BeFrugal as it blows them all away in my opinion. They have the highestes payouts on Walmart & Home Depot, which is what I use it for the most. In addition, there are many times get up to 15% cash back on Flash deals at Walmart. To top it off, they have tons of methods to receive your payout, many of which they give you a bonus on top of it. I take the 2% bonus by getting it paid out as a virtual gift card.

Constant email verifications
The placed orders are not getting registered automatically. You wait for a while and then see that it has not been recorded. You create a support ticket and they ask for a copy of the email confirmation. If you access the ticket through browser, there is no option to attach anything. The email that you receive on creating ticket says ***DO NOT REPLY*** to this as this email is not monitored. And this is happening for almost every order you place with BeFrugal activated.
Point is, it may eventually get resolved but they make it extremely difficult and sometime you will just forget about it while they would have made their commission from the company.
Orders should be getting recorded as swiftly as they activate the pop up.

The best of the best!
I joined my first cashback site in Feb '05, and have been a member of BeFrugal since Nov 2012. Of the three I have compared on every purchase the past 10+ years, BeFrugal is by far my favorite and the one I use 99% of the time. They offer higher cash back at the stores I shop, Home Depot participates with them which is very important to me, they're reliable, and pay very quickly.
Just since August, I've cashed out $165.78, directly to my Zelle, and have another $56.18 already pending. They offer numerous payout options and even bonus cash back if you choose to receive payout on a prepaid Visa, Home Depot, Walmart, Starbucks, etc eGift card.
In my 13 years with them, I've never once had an issue or had to contact Customer Service for any reason. In my opinion, they are the best of the best when it comes to cash back.
