Thieves I have no dealings or subscriptions with this site,yet they fraudulently took money £3 then tried to take £36 from my account Luckily my bank was on to them and stopped transaction

Scammers!! Be aware.. just had to block my card from these thieves!!

I have not subscribed to this company but yet keep taking money, can't cancel as iv no emails from the company to log in with. £3 £46 now £34.50 please stop now and refund me fully thanks.

I can't log in to access anyone's account, so this is going to take a very long time.

I can't believe why this company took £46, in my bank account. I DIDN'T subscribe this company. Please, I need a refund! I have no work at the moment and my bills coming next week. PLEASE!!!

My wife was a victim of this company fraudulently taking money from her. We had a Live Chat with Richard who said they'd signed up for a subscription after entering a competition for an iPhone 15. My wife does not enter competitions. Richard claimed emails were sent with T&Cs as well as a Billing email. This was not the case. The only email she received was sent tonight to advise on the Cancellation of the subscription. Richard said the sign up happened on 19th September. This happened to be the day we were at a close family friends funeral and can recall this day clearly. We have now reported this to Action Fraud and encourage others to do the same.

Just discovered this company has been taking £46 a fortnight from my bank account. When challenged they said I had entered a competition to win a tool set. I have been through all emails and have no registration details or welcome email. No recollection of entering any competition ( not like me) however they had my bank details. They have refused my request to refund me the money they took. Lesson learned they are fraudsters and entering any competition shouldn’t automatically sign you up for a gaming subscription that you don’t even know about!!!!! Beware of this fraudulent scam
