how do I BEGIN

how do I BEGIN, gave these a try. Didn't work, called the return dept. got thew return procedure emailed. Followed it completely at the end of June. After three weeks of them receiving my return, I followed up with an email to CS rep., Britany, nothing. Several emails of excuses later, I called because incompetence and zero solutions are beyond understanding now. 3 weeks ago, I called and spoke with Ann, she verified my last 4 of debit card #'s and assured me it would be returned in 24-48 hours. I received an email on Thursday of last week asking if I was interested in their latest model instead of a refund. NOBODY WILL TAKE CHARGE AND REFUND MY MONEY.............Took all of .000000001 seconds to take it out of my account but 4 months to return....? HOW DO I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS...

does not honor return refunds

I purchased these many months ago and when i got them they were NOT very small. I returned them right away and got a confirmation from the company that I did. I have not received my refund now and have emailed them many times and keep getting the run around! I would NOT do business with this company again.

Scam company. Will not return refund.

Purchased the Begin hearing aid. It didn’t fit right, so I sent it back requesting a refund as further request. I followed all the directions they had given me. That was in June. I still have not get my refund gotten my refund. This is a scam company.

SCAM company, low quality product, failed to refund as promised.

Purchased these to try out for a family member. Calling them "hearing aids" is a misnomer, they are simple amplification devices, that's it, no adjustments and lo-fi sound quality. Worth maybe $10@... I've noticed they have dropped their price to about half what they were when I purchased, still too much for JUNK!!

As so many others have posted, I returned these well within their return policy, and months later, no refund processed despite numerous emails exchanged, and phone calls (that confirmed I was supposed to be refunded, but no refund).

Like so many other FaceBook advertised SCAMS, avoid this company like the plague!!!

Returned the next day

Returned the next day. Still have not received my refund. It has been two months and they keep stating they will check and see what the problem is and then get back to you. Worst company ever

They never intended to refund my money.

They were much bigger than I was led to believe. They were too big for me and I mailed them back within 2 days. I was promised a refund after so many business days. That turned into weeks. I emailed them several times and they claimed they were funding my $74.00. I then called and was once again reassured I would get my refund. If PayPal hadn't stepped in, I would have never received a refund. Stay far, far away from this company.

Never Received Refund after returning aids…

After reaching out to Begin Hearing requesting return instructions, I returned the hearing aids in December 2024, they’re too difficult to program & set up. It is now July 24,2025 and I have still not received my refund. I have even sent them a copy of my post office receipt. I’m being told repeatedly that they are working on it!

I HAD TO DO A RETURN ON THE HEARING…

I HAD TO DO A RETURN ON THE HEARING AID. FOR I FELT IT WAS TOO LARGE FOR MY EAR. I DID A RETURN THE VERY NEXT DAY. THIS WAS MAY 13. AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS THE CREDIT HAS YET TO BE ISSUED AND TODAY IS JULY 7, 2025. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE.

the product did not work for me.

the product did not work for me. $2K Acoustic guitar sounds like a tin can. We tried a couple of things with no results. I sent them back 3/22/25 with RMA. USPS tracking shows they were picked up by rep on 3/25. I've been trying to get a refund since. We've exchanged 16 emails since with still no refund processed. I filed a complaint with BBB

Horrible refund experience

Super fast ordering and billed my cc. Used the product for several days but had trouble keeping these bud style units in my ears.

Called support and Got an RMA, forwarded all parts in the original box back. Verified receipt by USPS on May 1. NO REFUND YET AND ITS JUNE 12.

Several emails to info @ begin hearing com asking about this. Each gets the same reply. “Sorry for this situation. I’ll check with finance and let you know when I hear something.”

They will not refund your money if you return product

These hearing aids did not work for me. The aid they provided wasn't good enough and they didn't fit well in my small ears.
I sent them back within the time frame and instructions provided by the company as well as paying for return shipping. It has now been 43 days and still no refund. The agent told me it would take approximately 7-10 days to process refund plus 3-5 business days after that. It is well beyond this estimate. They keep telling me they are sorry and they will let the billing department know. Apologies don't credit my account.

⚠️ NOT A GREAT COMPANY NOR PRODUCT!!!

February 2, 2025, Begin Hearing took money from my account for hearing aid. Received a week later. I only needed left ear and it was too big and kept falling out of ear. Tried smallest ear cover and it was yet big and wouldn’t stay in ear. I sent email to SPBeginhearing.com on Feb.8, 2025, asking for product return form. I sent second email February 15, 2025. I received a call from Begin Hearing with instruction on return (no form) on February 19, 2025. I finally took merchandise to post office March 14, 2025 and postal clerk stated it would arrive March 17, 2025, which product did. I have called 5 times and the last customer service representative,Mary, stated that I have called numerous times. Sooooooo, where is my refund?!!! Today is April 18, 2025.
My Heavenly Father will require of them for this theft! PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BEGIN HEARING!!!!

I already have the jabber hearing aids…

I already have the jabber hearing aids that I got from Costco for $1800. But I find them very difficult to hear with. So I decided to try these and oh my gosh they’re much better than the ones I spent $1800 on.

My expensive hearing aids are now sitting on the shelf, not being used.

I highly recommend these hearing aids from Begin Hearing!
