Not what I expected
I have to say overall a bad experience. The boots themselves were of a very high quality, however the size guide provided was not very accurate at all.
The boots didn't fit, at all. Secondly was the whole height increase thing. I hadn't realises it was simply a wedge underneath the inner sole of the boot.
It was this cheap rubber plastic wedge. However maybe this was my fault for not reading the descriptions correctly.
The only positive were the boots themselves, very high quality and they looked really good which meant I was even more miffed when they didn't fit!

Just to clarify, all of our shoes are designed from the ground up with the height increase built into the sole structure itself. They aren’t standard shoes with a removable wedge placed inside, but rather purpose-built designs where comfort, balance and durability are factored in from the start. We are looking at that product line to see what happened here thank you for bringing this to our attention.

All good, the shoes arrived on time and they are pretty comfortable, doing their job without hurting you. The only negative is the quality of the shoe which feels a bit fake, like those cheap ones you buy for £10 at Poundland. I don't really mind it though.

The website is good.it was easy to make a choice and buy.the item was delivered promptly.the only issue was with the return process.there is no clear link to start the return.the email and contact phone numbers returned as invalid.i got worried about being scammed.however I filled the reply form and sent it and got a prompt reply and it was refunded.the company needs to make returns easier if it wants to grow.still giving 5 stars as the return was successful.

I think the trainers are great
I think the trainers are great, gave me confidence and comfort. I am 5ft 3 and gaining 3ft amazed me the difference Girls looked at me and man behaved around me. Only one person had the guts to ask me have you grown tall. I have always been confident with my height but I didn’t realise that a lot of people perception about you is also about height. I liked the attention but also hated it because of what it meant. Great product my only wish is to make the shoes functional for daily work causal dress.

Recommend everyone stay away from these people.

The shoes are stylish, discreet and comfortable. It is necessary to buy a size 1 or 2 bigger than your normal size to counteract the tilt from the heels.
