I would give 5 star but they were a little delayed in dispatching my shoes. Didn't dispatch same day before 4pm as stated on the website.
However I have to say the customer service response was good, apologised for the delay and offered to refund the cost of delivery which was fair.
The product itself it really good, surprisingly a great fit which is rare for me when shopping online. The shoes give the height increase they are designed to and are comfortable. They feel high quality and will hopefully last, very stylish, would recommend.

Trainers look really good and are comfortable to wear.

I didn’t have high hopes mainly because of the low price how wrong was I , I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly very good quality and design I got a few compliments about the style.
They do what they say over 2.5 taller and so easy to walk in.
I would definitely recommend them

Ordered and paid for product 16 days ago still not delivered or any notification of delivery date ad gives you the impression they are a UK based company I don't think this is were the goods originate from I suggest you avoid this company at all costs

I originally wrote a bad review for this company because I struggled to get in contact with them when the incorrect pair of shoes arrived. However, they have since refunded me and allowed me to keep the incorrect pair of shoes. They were extremely understanding of my frustration and whilst being stuck in bed covid ridden unable to return the item they allowed me to keep it. I believe you’d have a positive experience if you want to shop here and Ryan in customer service was more than helpful with my order.

I initially ordered some shoes from ebay and found elevator shoes where so badly made and sold for incredibly infalted prices for what they where. I found these guys using a google search and they are nothing like ive had before. As a short dude myself I usually only look at the height increase however no matter how much i paid they where badly made and wouldnt last more than a few weeks or look real tacky. I brought a pair and it arrived the next day and it was tracked and only for £45.. I was stunned so ordered a few more pairs. I did want to buy some pairs I say but they were out of stock and have been told a few times they will be back in stock so thats something they can do better, but please without raising the price. I usually dont do reviews but felt I have to give a shout out for these guys for doing it right.

Was looking for reasonably priced height increasing shoes, found these guys and they are UK based unlike other competitors. Great shoes and packaged so well matching x4 more expensive shoes ive brought before. THANKS :)
