It's pretty good, a bit costly though and here in Torrevieja we need stronger motors. Going upwards is way too slow. I haven't tried alternatives but today my scooter just stopped with a purple light... See more

On 06/09/2025 at 11pm, I tried to use scooter However, the scooter did not respond when accelerating, so I left it in the same place, and the app kept showing errors when trying to end the ride. The scooter remained in its initial location without being used.
After returning a few minutes later I received a message from the app stating that my balance had been depleted.
To my surprise, I was charged €170 on my card for a ride with scooter, despite not having used it.
This raises the question of how it is possible that such a charge was made to my card if my balance was at zero, with no automatic top-ups, and moreover, the app itself confirmed that the ride had already ended.
When I tried to reach out with answers as to why such a large amount of money was taken from my account with no valid reasons I was unable to reach anyone
€170 plus the €13 I had topped up the account by and further €5 payments had come out of my account too without any authorisation from myself??
Answers to why a bike costing €170 would be great 👍

I used them in rhodos but i couldnt end my ride because it said my device was to far from the vehicle even though i was standing next to it (i have videos and pictures). I was scared to go away due to people being able to take it so i kept riding till the step was empty and my balance was empty. My girlfriend her step worked fine. I wasted all my balance and still couldnt finish! Tried using the helpdesk in the app but they aint open at the moment. Have to wait till tommorow (but the step is still active in the parking zone, i paused it so no one can use it) hoping to get a refund asap.
Update 1: had customerservice on the phone and they ended my ride, im in -30 balance atm and they told me she asked the administration for a refund, will update if it happens or not
Update 2: hoppy refunded everything within 12 hours and apologized, good service!

On 27/08/2025 at 15:16, I tried to use scooter 300381. However, the scooter did not respond when accelerating, so I left it in the same place, and the app kept showing errors when trying to end the ride. The scooter remained in its initial location without being used, and at 15:25 I took another scooter at the same point (302510).
After returning scooter 302510, a few minutes later I received a message from the app stating that my balance had been depleted.
To my surprise, I was charged €48.36 on my card for a ride with scooter 300381, despite not having used it.
This raises the question of how it is possible that such a charge was made to my card if my balance was at zero, with no automatic top-ups, and moreover, the app itself confirmed that the ride had already ended.

This scooter monthly membership is a joke! Depending on what time you pay membership then you have 24hs to reset..and only fan use 3 unlocks. I'm trying to contact them to change this settings time. And is impossible get through a phone number and I email several times no answer.
As well they charge more money if you are out of Unlock.
Very bad condition of scooter and sometimes they don't work and loose lock then to change for another one..
I hope this gets change and not taking advantage of costumer like that.
I'm based in Orihuela costa spain.

Wouldn't let me end my ride, scooter wouldn't go fast enough. Just use Dott.

Absolutely joke of a company. Used some scooters with friends in Gibraltar, we all got day-passes which grant you 5 unlocks and 150 mins of riding. I had to waste 4 unlocks because 4 of the scooters I took refused to work or release the helmet, and returning the scooters also doesn't work correctly half the time because of their horrendous GPS system. My 2 other friends got even more issues, just don't use these things.

Well this company is a joke
Had two rides that are broken
Tried to reach out they answered but then just went silent
Can’t park in there zones so they keep charging you
Absolutely a scam stay clear

Terrible, not maintained, this is the 5th time I've got on one and it hasn't worked.
They are meant to be convenient but they've made me late several times and I always end up walking. They are always broken

The first time I took a scooter, I don't know where to leave it and I left it near my house, it keeps charging me money non-stop and I can't do anything about it, RETURN ME NOW, SCAM

Got a scooter and pur my phone in the placeholder, and locked it. It was secure till i drove over a small pothole. My phone flew out of the holder and fell on the ground. The car behind me drove over my phone and my phone was completely destroyed. The car drove off and i was left with a broken phone.
Contacted the support and they couldn’t help me in any way, because it couldn’t be proved that my phone was broken that way…

Doesn’t recognise parking spots and parking spots are far too limited. Avoid.

Update ** happily resolved by customer service who contacted me. **
Scooter wasn’t charged so it wouldn’t go. Fine. Tried to end the ride but couldn’t and the scooter racked up costs and kept taking from my bank. I didn’t even travel 6feet on it. Very hard to get through to anyone on support - I won’t be using this again. And would discourage others from using

Scooter refuses to recognise that it’s within the zone so you cannot ‘end the ride’ so it just keeps changing. Getting any support is a joke. Turn off the Auto Top up, this stupid scooter is still racking up costs from last night and I’ve tried customer support again today to be told they’re back tomorrow.
AVOID THIS COSTLY SCAM
