Aufgrund der zurückliegenden Feiertage, kommt es vereinzelt leider zu Lieferverzögerungen, so dass die durchschnittliche Lieferzeit von 3 bis 5 Werktagen nicht immer eingehalten werden kann.
Überprüfen Sie die Kompatibilität Ihrer bestellten LED mit dem elektronischen Vorschaltgerät. Ihrer Schilderung nach, vermuten wir eine Inkompatibilität.

Sehr geehrter Kunde,
die von Ihnen bestellte Leuchte kann wie in der Produktbeschreibung bei Ausbau des Vorschaltgerätes an die Netzspannung 220-240V angeschlossen werden oder aber in Kombination mit einem Starter über das konventionelle Vorschaltgerät.
Entsprechend wird zu dem Leuchtmittel in keiner Silbe eine fluoreszierende Technologie erwähnt, da es sich hierbei um eine LED handelt.

the luminaire you have ordered can be connected to the 220-240V mains voltage as described in the product description when the ballast is removed or in combination with a starter via the conventional ballast.
Accordingly, no mention is made of fluorescent technology for the light source, as this is an LED.
