No delivery, no order status, no phone answer, >6 days
Website promises delivery next day for a product which is available on stock. But the sending is done from another country! I haven't received it after 6 days after (ordered on January 23rd, delivery on 30th expected). No traceability of the order. I have tried to reach on the phone - the office is closed, at 16:01 to answer the call.
I can easily purchase myself in offline store (which I finally did anyway), if I would knew I have to wait 5+ days. I cannot even cancel this order now and get something offline myself, as I will double-pay, if it this gets delivered.

The LED lamps were as expected
The LED lamps were as expected, and came fast. The issue I have with the order is that the smaller LED lamp was not packaged properly, and the moment I took it out of the package and tilted it a bit, it just fell on the floor and broke. So minus 2 stars for that.
UPDATE 22.12.: I called the number below and I was offered a replacement. Thank you, and 5 stars now. But pelase pack your lamps better. :)
