Must confess I was not quite confident…
Must confess I was not quite confident after I saw the actual seller is located abroad, which is sometimes the source of problems. I was also a little scared because they are the only company selling that model (couldn't even find it in the manufacturer's product list!)
Finally, I had the LED tubes in 4 days. It's only one order but it went better than I thought it would.

Delievery time was not held in any way
I am not particular happy about promises that are not held, delivery time was mentioned to be 2-3 work days and it took one full week, 4 days where the goods were in the dark in transit in a Dutch hub, be transparent were you are located and keep your promises, I can live with one week delivery time as long as the goods are as they should be!

All good but signature on delivery is unnecessary and package was wet.
I would happily give 5* because the product was sent in time, and there was sufficient email communication to know the progress of the delivery. I only give 3* because I found no easy way to let DPD know that they could just deliver the box in the mailbox. Instead they demanded my signature. Since I could not open the door when they came, the delivery was delayer a few more days due to the weekend. Maybe for a very expensive item this is good practice. But for something worth 20 chf, I think its ok to leave it in the mailbox instead of demanding a signature. Also, the box was somewhat wet and partially torn. Given that inside we had a transformer that was not wrapped, this might be a reason for it to be damaged during transport (I have not yet checked if it works so I cannot know for sure).

I was very happy with the speed that I ordered however the light I received was not the correct one and doesn't fit. I am not blaming you I just ordered with the number that was on the light balb itself and of cource didn't know there are different length s of this light. It is not worth me sending it back even though I can't use it and thus I therefore will look for a place that I can see the bulb I need. Again I am not blaming you but it is the last time I order one online as would also never recommend anyone else to do so.
