Was asked to pay VAT after having paid paid with Paypal when order was placed
Paid online using Paypal. Later received an invoice written in Dutch which stated I still had to pay for VAT. Issue cleared promptly after sending an email to beleuchtungdirekt.ch.

Unrealistic return & refund for Swiss customers …
Think twice or triple, quartrual… before pressing the order button - After I purchased I realise I ordered the non-dimmable version of the LED classic light bulbs (i need it dimmable), was thinking of return & refund, but the cost to send them back to Netherlands from Switzerland is piece of gold, so I simply bought the ones from Galaux.ch which is actually cheaper and reasonably refund possible, and the price is actually cheaper when I factor in the cost of delivery from foreign countries into Switzerland.

Good order fulfillment … stop the marketing mails
Good order fulfillment, but marketing mails (sometimes multiple copies) are a big nuisance … and of no value to me as customer. I just hope these will stop after my complaint(s).

Broken gooods
We ordered 2 neon lights, one of them was already broken when we opened the parcel.
EDIT: BeleuchtungDirekt spontaneously sent us another bulb for free. That was greatly appreciated!

just one thing, signing for (dpd) reception is not always the best solution, maybe leave an easy to find option for delivery without signature?

This is my second time to order bulbs…
This is my second time to order bulbs from you. I appreciated the prompt delivery of the products. However, I feel the shipping fee is a little expensive and the packaging is too much. This may apply only to my case as I was ordering cheap short florescent tubes. However, you could adjust the fee and packaging according to the products ordered. Anyways you guys help me tons because I have no idea where I can get those bulbs!
