Terrible packaging
ordered 10 halogen light bulbs, all the same. They were in the box that arrived, loosely flying around. At least one has a broken filament. Packaging was terrible.
They were so cheap, however, that 9/10 or even 7/10, would still be cheaper than buyin in the local store.

What we need for this?
1. if the goods were delivered with a break, please send us a photo of the affected products without packaging. If more than one item is affected, we also need a photo showing all the items at the same time.
2. if the products do not work or do not work properly, please send us a photo of the ballast so that we can rule out installation error or incompatibility.
3. if we sent you the wrong product, please send us a picture of the package and one of the product in question. The EAN code must be clearly legible on one picture. If different items are affected, we need a picture of all affected products including the EAN code.
As soon as we were able to verify the damage, we will automatically inform you about the further procedure of your claim. Please note that defective goods will not be returned to us and we do not provide return shipping slips for returning an order, as the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Due to a high volume of inquiries, we kindly ask you to submit your request via your created user account, as we can guarantee a more timely processing there.

Avoid at all costs
Update 2020-10-20:
After opening a dispute via PayPal, I got prompt refund (and cancellation of the order).
So far so good. So, from one star to three stars. (because the previous lack of communication sucks, and I actually can't judge the entire shopping process)
----
Ordered a few items with "ships in O(1) days", 3 weeks later, none of them are delivered. No explanations, no communication. Silence.
On top of that, the seller doesn't respond to emails. (gave them a week to respond, no dice)
Also, their "my account" portion of their website is hopelessly broken:
- doesn't let you cancel the unshipped order
- doesn't allow to enter dispute on an unshipped order
- invoice displays bogus prices, nonsensical entries (price without VAT higher than price with VAT)
This seems more like an elaborate scam than genuine web shop.
Disaster.
