Friendly staff (I mostly dealt with Sean), everything well explained. Nice clean facilities. 24 hour access makes it all so easy!

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Sean made the initial enquiry process smooth and hassle free (even sending me photos of the unit as I couldn't get in to see if it was big enough), as did the person on the phone when I called up to make payment. When I arrived, Darren at the reception desk was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with the storage unit and recommending a padlock suitable for my needs. Everything was handled efficiently, making the entire process easy and stress free. The units are also all brand new and clean. The only thing that would have made it even better is receiving the welcome letter via email before arriving without asking. Overall, I would recommend!
