Rebecca was very prompt and friendly to accommodate my storage needs within an hour. The process is very straightforward and I like that they pro-rata the monthly cost so you don't pay for full month if your part way in. I picked a ground floor unit, which is best if you will be in and out a bit as the upstairs units are only accessed by movable stairs. Which means if two people are using in that isle, you'll have to wait your turn to access, so only pick upstairs if you're budget conscious and not in a hurry.

Quick efficient service.

We've been using BSS since Apr '24 on account of moving our business operations and their storage facilities were of great use and value in between office moves. Had the added benefit of using storage space to temporarily store personal furniture on account of home move which was an added bonus of having the facility. A special shout-out to Rhys (Mgr) who has been superb with us since day 1 & to date...an affable chap and always willing to help out so much so clients get 20% off price of boxes & packaging (handy when you've an office and/or home move planned)! Thanks Rhys & BSS for the superb service/facilities:)

Process was easier than expected and Sean who works at Kennedy Way was incredibly helpful with showing me what to do when bringing my stuff into the unit.

Staff in Kennedy Way are first class, Very Helpful and nothing was a problem. I wish I had all there manes but I was in Tuesday 17th September and talked to Tracey my wife dealt with Sean. There was another guy who was great also.
