I was disappointed when my order arrived without the mattress I had purchased, as it was on backorder without prior notice. Promptly, I visited the Bel store and spoke with Manager Steve, who assured me he’d arrange a temporary mattress for my children that same day. True to his word, he delivered, showing remarkable initiative to rectify the miscommunication. Bel Furniture later followed up, explaining the delay and ensuring the delivery of my original mattress two days later. I’m grateful for their dedication to making things right. In fact, I’ve already bought a dining table and plan to return for more purchases in the future.

The time frame on our item we purchase wasn’t correct. We still haven’t received our furniture that’s in stock

Every time we order they say it takes 3-4 days to deliver and one order took a month and the second order is gonna take 3 weeks

All the chair was assemble already, the one who sent it for delivery should have check if there was no problem with the chair. All the 6 chairs that they deliver was not level. They should have noticed it before delivery.

"I called the Webster store to verify if a specific bedroom set was in stock. Logan confirmed that it was available. I then went online to purchase the set and requested delivery on my mom's birthday. However, the distribution center called me and informed me that they only had the king size available and not the queen. As a result, I requested that the order be canceled."

I was able to find what I was looking for and got approved for it, one day later I received a call about my delivery and what day works best for me. After what was said and done, Bel Furniture put a smile on my face

I ordered to Victoria location and it was sent to Beaumont 🤬 now , I’m calling to. Get it fixed and Iv been on hold forever

I bought online and we could never come to terms with the delivery, their furniture is good but their service is terrible, I had to cancel my order and they charged me 100 dollars for a service that I never received, I never backed to buy online nor do I recommend it.

Easy online purchase. However, when picking up the order the two male employees did not know how to properly load my boxed product into my car. They first placed it in a way which would have obstructed the driver's rear view. My daughter and I had to tell them several times how to correctly lay the package down flat. Disappointed about that.

Was given two delivery dates and furniture didn't arrive on either dates that were given. No updates in the system or curiosity call from a customer service representative. We had to call and follow up on the status of our order and still don't know when it will arrive. Very disappointed with the service we have received thus far.

I been waiting on my furniture to by deliver they told me in the email to call if I don’t receive a call but when I call no one never answers

The package was advertised as black but they came grey.

I show up and I ma asked for my ID ti make a copy - totally insecure - totally unnecessary - items already have been charged to my visa - I’m never ordering or buying from here ever again
