Excellent service.
We bought model w38. My wife loves these pumps. It gives her the freedom to move around while pumping. We were so upset when one of them broke after 3 months however after a fast email to the company we received a new one in a few days so we can't say enough good about their service. For the price paid these are well worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised to see just how effective this pump is!

Comfort level: its very gentle and does not hurt at all. I did use flange inserts for a better fit

Battery life: the battery lasted quite a bit for me. I was able to do 4-5 15-20 minute sessions before needing to recharge.

Discreetness: This is much less noticeable than other pumps through my shirt. Although you can hear it, its pretty quite

Effectiveness: as a handsfree pump, its expected to take longer to empty than a wall pump. It does take about double as long for me to empty with this one (about 20 mins).

This is my favorite pump! The suction is super strong so I do have to wear inserts. I wish the motor wouldn’t go out as fast. I’m on my second set other then that I love it!!

This was disappointing. The battery life sucks. They are loud af. Sometimes it takes almost two minutes of holding the power butting to get them to turn on. The convenience is great is the suction is amazing but these are more of a hassle than it’s worth

I love how slim the Baby Bella’s are! That don’t give me the “Dolly Parton” look like a lot of other hands free units. It’s quite and definitely gets the job done! I like how it has 4 modes so i can customize each side to the best modes and levels to get the best outputs! Super easy to use and empty, LOVE

Very quick shipping! Needed to replace some parts for my pump and these worked perfectly!

Bought to replace my momcozy s12 pair of pumps and did not regret the decision!! The suction in my opinion is much stronger. Parts stay where they need to without slipping off during pump sessions like what kept happening with my momcozys. Thankful to come across such an affordable an great quality product!

The pump works great but the flanges are to big and your website doesn’t sell them. And they are constantly out of stock on Amazon so I have to pump with the wrong size. Other than that I love the pump and have no issues.

The pump is great for its price and the suction is strong. Unfortunatelt it did not work for me, I usually get 4-7 oz and i barely make 2 oz from both breasts. Works great for an emergency.

I love this pump way more than my momcozy! The suction is great and it really empties me, easy to clean as well. Only thing is that it’s a bit loud but since the suction is so good it doesn’t bother me at all

My baby was in the hospital last week for hyperthermia and she had to stay in the incubator for 24hr and I couldn't breastfeed her, the pumps saved me and they work amazing.

It's a decent pump. I wish it didn't have the little hole as you really can't so all the moving around they say you can. As well I wish it had a pause button so you could adjust as needed and not have to restart it each time. Otherwise it's a good pump.

I like them but they die too quickly and have to charge them twice a day. I’m not sure if they’re just defective or if that’s just how they work. Communication was great regarding the shipping of the pumps.

Love the pump! It has great suction and easy to use. However I needed a smaller flange and it wasn't available for this style for me to order to canada.

Bella baby thank you thank you thank you!!! You have created the best pump on the market. I'm so beyond pleased with this pump, it's easy to assembly, easy to clean, takes no time to charge. I love that it has 4 modes and 9 suction levels and a start pause function. The suction on this pump is insane compared to my other pumps!! Don't hesitate to buy this pump, it's honestly a dream!!

One side doesn’t work. I contacted customer service and they never got back to me.
ETA I emailed that same address on February 17. Still no response.

The wearable breast pump is a good buy for moms like me. You can do a lot while pumping. I gave it a 3 stars because one got broken. I send them an email and they replied quickly and help me with my concern.
