These pumps are great. I love the simple operation, great suction levels and hands free design. Very comfortable. Definately performs like a more expensive pump.

It’s works well love I can put it in my bra and continue on with my tasks super helpful if you have more than one kid to chase after. Definitely telling all my mom friends to get this

The product is actually very good, I have two breast pumps from them and love them!

However, be wary of reviews. I just received an email from their marketing team offering free products in exchange for 5-star Amazon reviews. I could understand offering discounts or even free products for a review to build up the review count, especially on new products but specifically to require 5 star review in order to get benefits is a scammy behaviour.

The marketing team should trust the quality of the products. The breast pump is a good product, so if the other products are of similar quality there should be no reason for review scams.

Oh, I love these pumps! Them being hands free is very helpful for an active new mother like me. I am able to babysit, make lunch, play with my kid, and many other things, while I am pumping. The fact that they were cheap made me a little suspicious, but not anymore because of how amazing they work!

Wanted to love this but just doesnt provide enough suction for me and the flange is to big and the size i need is almost never in stock

just terrible customer service. one minute my pumps are shipped. then back ordered, i ask for a refund and they magically have a set all of a sudden? just terrible, would never recommend these to anyone. product? they work alright.

My pump came broken. I tried to reach out to customer service and heard nothing back. Too bad as I wanted to love this product so bad!

Update: it is now March 3 and I still have gotten no response from customer service. Almost 5 months and no response… brutal!

This is a fraud company - should be closed for ever

You cancelled my order and keep asking for a review. Annoying

This is a fraud company. I never received my order. I reached out after 5 days of waiting for the shipping - and was told “after investigation we found that your package has been lost”. Ummm okay you waited 5 days to tell me that??
I’m due any time now and really wanted to get this bassinet on time. This is crazy!! It has been a week Today and they said “it was shipped” yet they are unable to provide me with the tracking info. The customer service phone is invalid and they never reply in the chat. I have someone showing “Tony Smith” in my emails claiming it has been shipped but again still no tracking number. After 7 days of nothing I have requested a refund - now they don’t reply to me. I had to file a chargeback with my bank which I got approved for - that tells me this is not the first time they “lost a package”. Very suspicious. Stay away from this company, this is a scam.

Very good product. I get it for my friend, she has a newborn baby boy. She said : it is perfect product.

I don't like the way the pump pull down on the nipple.

The pump is a nice size. The silicone massager flanges leak, with milk being trapped underneath the flanges lose suction which is obviously an issue when pumping. I have to use it without the massage flanges which causes pain sometimes and there aren't always options for replacement flanges. For the price It's okay and does the job.

Works great for what’s intended for but maybe I got a weird batch as one tends to run out of battery faster also they need to be charged while you’re not using

My lactation warmers were used & I wasn’t even sent the right chargers for them.

Customer service was great but I waited longer than expected for my package to arrive. The product itself is OK. I wouldn’t buy again. The heat function does get pretty hot but the vibrating makes the heat button rattle.
