Top quality organic coffee’s roasted on site. Owner gave us an impromptu and informative tour of the roastery. The range of espresso machines, grinders and accessories is amazing and the staff really know the machines and what to recommend. Coffee shop on site and a good website.

Work Hard to Please the Customer
Yes, happy to have bought from Bella Barista. I bought my son a £420 grinder and we had a problem with it. Sent it back and got another grinder from them, no issues since (over a year ago). Bella Barista items are good quality, they listen to their customers and pull out all the stops to leave the customer happy. I really can't complain. I'd be more than happy to recommend them.

Truly exceptional service
Truly exceptional service! Quick call to their service dept to report a problem with my Profitec 400 and courier arrived shortly thereafter to collect. All repared under warranty and sent back by courier. Working perfectly once more.

Bella Barista: why go anywhere else?
We purchased our ECM coffee machine and Mini Mazza Grinder from Bella Barista in 2013. They have serviced it twice and recently replaced a component. We have made over 30,000 cups of coffee in this time. If you had purchased this coffee from a High Street coffee shop and averaged £3 per cup over 13 years, you might have spent £90,000. So it puts the cost of a £2,000 coffee machine and a £1,000 grinder into perspective. It is an outstanding return on your investment.
The staff and service are amazing, from the front desk to the workshop. And their roasted coffee is outstanding. If you are thinking of buying a decent coffee machine, call into Bella Barista, ask for a cup of their home roasted excellent coffee, and let the staff show you their range of machines. Don't make the mistake of buying from a website where your machine is shipped from a warehouse overseas. You might think you are being smart, but it will cost you far more in the long run.
