I'll be honest and constructive. I bought an espresso machine which turned out to have a fault, water leaked from the machine and it displayed error messages straight out of the box on first use. When I called in to report the fault, I was told I need to speak to the technical team before anything could be done. I was then told they were busy and would call me back that day, they never did. So I emailed their support with details and photos. After a day or two, I had heard nothing so I raised an RMA on their site but the return label needed approval. So I called again, this time I spoke with a very helpful lady who moved things along for me very quickly and the broken machine was collected the next day with a new machine being delivered two day later. Overall a great service despite some minor bumps in the beginning. Very pleased with the product I bought and the service I eventually received.

Loved the fact the server wasn’t happy with the date on the beans and went out to the back to get me fresher beans. Nice touch !

Bella Barista have provided genuine Lelit water filters at a very fair price and delivered them quickly with no fuss. Whats not to like. I’ve had a few other orders in the past and in my experience the service is beyond reproach. Thank you very much

The customer service I received from Bella Barista was great. I wanted to order an espresso machine and grinder, plus some other barista tools, using their website. I contacted them first by email enquiring about their discount offer and then by phone to see if I could pick up my order the next day as I would be travelling past their showroom. I spoke to Marcus who went through my order and informed me that it will be ready for collection. Both Marcus and Olivia were very friendly when I went to collect my new toys, and had given me discounts on several of my items. I also received a couple of free 250g bags of coffee beans of my choice as a thank you. Marcus spent time given me some tips and advice on maintenance and also made me one of the nicest flat whites for my journey home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I also walked away with some reassurance that I had made the right choice. I've been using my new toys now for 6 days and couldn't be happier. Although I personally don't know how good the after care is from Bella Birista, when I first arrived at the showroom I overheard Marcus on the phone giving advice to someone, and both Olivia and Marcus seemed like generally nice decent people.

The website was easy to understand and find what I needed, and has a huge variety of products. My order arrived the next day with no issues at all, and packaged extremely well. Overall a very, very pleasant shopping experience, thank you!

Great Local Coffee Shop, beans have always been fresh and tasted/smelt amazing.

My only suggestion would be if they offered a local delivery service at a cheaper rate than the delivery fees charged online. As their opening hours are during typical office hours, it's hard to pop in to pick up some fresh beans without rushing over on a lunch break. They do have a bean vending machine on-site which is handy but I tend to notice the beans are always a little older than the ones you get directly in store which is always a bonus of picking them up in person.

I bought an ecm technika vi from Bella barista.

Ordered in on Friday, delivered on Monday and zero issues with either the pre-sales questions, the ordering through to delivery.

Top quality service as usual from Bella Barista. Item delivered on time and as expected.

BB have some good coffee beans on sale, and they seem ok when you are buying coffee and or products, but when the unfortunate situation arises that something isn't right with the product, that is when you are introduced to the more ugly reality of BB. I have since noticed this echoed in other negative reviews.
I believe the high number of positive reviews is due to BB requesting reviews for everything they sell, every bag of beans, so diluting the negative reviews and skewing the above reality.

I was happy until the first issue, which they ignored like they have with others, I have fed back to them, but they don't care, even if they lose a customer, which they have with me and two other people I know since sharing my experience.

It's your money and your risk, so take this how you will.

Great advice/support prior to purchasing, really helpful. Also watch reviews and advice on YouTube, which have been very helpful e.g. type of bottled water for coffee machines as I live in a very hard water area.
