How can this website be up? All the reviews are correct. No confirmation email of sail but you do get emails with reduction codes. No so called support team. The contact number is a mobile number. The company address is in London and the voice mail is a recorded American voice. How do we get this site investigated? Disgusting 🤮!

Ordered item gave me invalid tracking number and still not arrived said it may be with post office but no card left at my home and item was small enuf to be posted In the letter box . Keep emailing but getting no where so lost £20!

Non existent customer service ***DO NOT BUY FROM!!***
I ordered an item 3weeks in advance of needing it. When it didn’t arrive in time, I requested a refund.
Nothing.
It finally arrived 4weeks after ordering - a weeks after I needed it.
Nowhere on the order did it say to allow 4weeks for delivery as it was coming from CHINA!!!
I have written approx 20 emails, I got the generic ‘We’ll be in touch’ replies, and, finally, a personal one, but asking what I required??!!!
I’ve raised a complaint with PayPal, but still haven’t heard anything from the company. I’m now emailing every day.

If I could choose 0 rating I would. I purchased a Jumball pet toy for my puppy and had to throw it in the bin after 15 mins of him playing it. He nearly choked on the rubber bits that come out so easily and then the switch came loose and I heard him screaming in pain where his fur had got wrapped around it. Should be banned. Also paid £16 pounds for something that probably cost 20p to produce. Shocking.

Bellagadgets sent adjustable spectacles that on arrival appeared to be the same as found in Christmas crackers.
Blocked my email no money back. Appears to be a scam that is fooling lots of people.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Terrible. I ordered some lights and in error didn’t check reviews first. Big mistake they were all bad. I immediately asked for a refund. At first they said ok. It didn’t come. Then they emailed saying it’s been shipped!! Rubbish customer service. Now have reported to PayPal. Avoid!
