An absolute WASTE OF MONEY, Self adjustable glasses these are like something that would be inside a cheap Xmas cracker, or off a fairground stall, their site says open 24 hours but not true, it goes on an answer phone, and is probably not worth the hassle of trying to get your money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are not even worth one star

Got 2 days to carry out the job remit!

This billion $s company based in Seattle treats employees/each other like 60’s hippies and wall st traders all rolled into one. Stuff on google about money actually reaching its intended source, made me wonder who and what I was working for.

Well most numbers either don’t pick up or haven’t a clue about completing an online sponsor form of interest!

Called me @ the end of my 1st live calling and was rude and patronising and attempted to talk me towards leaving!! 2nd live calling day I was eventually blocked in doing my job!
The situation is ongoing and I am taking this matter further.

I purchased a product from their website, never arrived sent an online enquiry got no reply called the number on their website was told I'd the wrong number reported to trading standards

I have been scammed out of money for the goods I have already paid for

The company will not reply to me, and basically they are a complete scam

I am trying to get the money back, but I don’t hold any hope do not use them

I ordered some pens for my granddaughter. Paid £19.99 and nothing has arrived even though they said it had been dispatched!!! Go to tracking and nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal so can probably get money back but feel this company is really bogus DON'T USE!!!

I previously ordered a mandolin food slicer from this company a year ago, and although the delivery time was long, it’s a fantastic kitchen tool, I Which I love and use a lot. I ordered one for a friend on 17th July, over £41 and no sign of anything 6 weeks later 30th August…no tracking or dispatch information. Email and phone not live. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM FURIOUS AND WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND 😡😡😡

Bought a hydrophobic & stain proof T-shirt and paid £17. So excited when it came, opened it up, looked just like a normal T-shirt. Splashed some water, and it socked right through. Contacted bellagadgets for a refund and they were adamant it was the right item. Reason I bought it was because of their description of it, water and stain proof. Was supposed to be perfect for summer with sweating. Just a poor quality tee. Don’t buy from this seller, if you are not happy with your purchase you are not going to get a refund. Scammers

I ordered some sandals beginning of June, into July I queried the delivery time was told on their way. A couple more weeks on their way. This week I instructed them to cancel and arrange refund. Suddenly they need my order number which they haven't requested before. Either they are incredibly poor business or scammers!

Scammers! I ordered 2 pairs of sandals which took about 2 months to arrive. They were too small and were very poorly/cheaply made. They told me I had to pay for the return to Morocco. When I tried to contact them after this, they ignored all my attempts. I won't bother sending them back because I will probably lose more money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE.

Terrible quality interactive battery dog ball. Rubber pieces fell off as I unwrapped it. No way should this be sold. It will kill a puppy/dog choking.
Have been awaiting for returns form to get refund. Had a email today said no refund as it has been used and I can have 12% off if I want a different size fgs
They are taking the p... out of customers. I complained to PayPal so hopefully refund back shortly.

I ordered some dog nail clippers on the 07th of July had nothing its now the 18th having read these reviews I don't hold out much hope of them arriving or getting a refund.

Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered some fleece lined jeans and when they arrived they were the wrong colour inside and out and they were faulty. I was told I'd be sent a new pair once the ones I actually ordered were in stock but nothing arrived. I followed up again a couple of months later and went through the whole complaint procedure again for them to say the same thing and then block me. I'm now unable to send any emails as they continuously bounce back. Not worth the hassle!

Shocking shocking company.. wished I hadn’t wasted my £35!!!
No customer service…waited weeks and weeks for delivery… told me I had to pay for return postage to Morocco!!!!

I purchased an anti flea electronic comb for my dog. He had been dosed with Advantage but I wasn’t sure if it working. When the electronic comb arrived I inserted two batteries and turned it on. I spent the next 30 minutes combing Teddy and after that I was happy that he was a flea free dog. Teddy really loved being combed with the item and I am really happy that he is flea free

Complete con artists. Paid for an item, waited a month for delivery and when it arrived.....it was an empty box.

Ignoring my emails and the customer service line has nobody actually answering calls.

Steer well clear and don't throw your money away to these crooks.

Update, they never replaced the item. They just stole the money. Crooks.

I wish I would of read the reviews. They as far as I can see have no customer service what so ever. The email bounced back not delivered . The phone numbers don't work . They delay the delivery of item to just before the 30 day returns policy is due. Impossible to get hold of anyone at all . Poor company avoid at all cost
