I'd give these zero stars if I coukd ..DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS ..YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY...the people need to investigate these people as im sur 100000 of people have list money to this fake fraudulent company ....my money like every one else's is hard earned so dont let them get away with this ... DISGUSTING..SHAME ON YOU

I ordered a de-fog car mister from them for £27.99 ….I then noticed the same product on E-bay for £11.99 so cancelled my order straight away. My order wasn’t cancelled and I received the tacky cheap product. I then received an E-mail from Emily saying that my E- mail to cancel had gone in her spam box and even though it was over 30 days that I could send it back and that I would get my refund of postage back. I sent over proof of postage £16 and they said they’d received it and that this would be refunded. Still no refund and no refund for postage!!!!! I will get my money back somehow as they should not be able to get away with this….with these reviews why have they not been closed down and blocked from trading?????

Please don’t use this company. We ordered in December and still waiting. They happily take your money but no feedback or products. Worst company ever. Please do not buy, you don’t get the items you have purchased.

Wish I could give no stars my order never arrived I have followed up received messages saying they would look into it. I have not received any further communication from them paid money for nothing....

I will not give ths company Bella Gadgets any points. They are a fraudulent company selling cheap nasty products unfit for use. I have send numerous correspondence & pictures of the what can only be described as Halloween teeth & now they say covid conveniently is their reason for no refund. What a total sham. The teeth are horrendous, avoid this theifing company at all times. I wish someone had warned me. Watchdog will be informed.

I placed an order and didn’t even receive a tracking number
I contacted the company to enquire about my delivery and wasn’t responded to on either occasion.
I’d happily change my review if this situation was resolved but so far I would not suggest ordering from this company!

A fraudulent company. Keep yourself away from it as they are the cheaters, placed an order for dial adjustable glasses but it didn’t reach to me . Lost 21 GBP. HOW IS SUCH A COMPANY PULLING ON IN UK. Double standards.

Purchased Jegger Jeans for my girlfriend for a Xmas present. Delivery states 2 days. Invoice then says will be informed when posted. 10 days later no advice on posting. Chased up and no answer. I contact PayPal and complain. Then Bellagadgets say sent item and I receive confirmation item sent. Then states 12 to 25 day delivery. Bellagadgets business model appears to be. Misrepresent products, delivery time, take money, only send if chased, draw out the process to exist as long as possible until they are closed down by duping unsuspecting customers who did not check customer reviews. I note reviews from a customer who did receive a purchased item that the products were extremely poor and defective. Specifically the Jeggers had one leg longer than the other. I'll update if any Jeggers arrive. PayPal is now a joke as can only be contacted by Chatbot so despite lots of attempts it's painful to resolve. Gap in the market for a new Pay Pal? Bellagadgets are good at one thing. They send plenty of emails to you about new offers. I was dumb to buy from them but not dumb enough to buy again. You have been warned

I got veneers which I ordered because I lost my plate with false teeth, I thought they would do me until I got my new teeth at dentist, they came after nearly six weeks, the,re a joke , I wouldn,t put them near my mouth, a waste of £18.95, I,ll just stick it out and wait for my new teeth which I,ll get on 7th January, don,t buy from this company, they are a joke.

Rip off company. Phoned them a dead line emailed them on numerous occasions and got a false tracking number saying my product was in Slough. I think it is a German company as my payment went to Taunusstein Deu.

Absolute rip off, bought so called adjustable reading glasses, cheap plastic rubbish like something you'd get in a Christmas cracker. Lenses don't adjust, went straight in the bin.£21 rip off.

The 1st thing at the top of the page on the Bella Gadgets web page is: FREE RETURNS IF YOU USE PAYPAL. Lies lies lies!!!

They will agree to a refund through Paypal and ask you to return your item to Morocco, one of the most expensive places on earth to send to and they Know it! It's a ploy to make your return almost impossible without paying over 2/3 of the item cost in my case. Nothing but scum at work here. Do not let the friendly website fool you, like it did to me at a huge cost to myself. They will end up walk away patting their back pocket and laughing!!! Kerching!

Trying to get refund for one month, no answer, no customer service…

Put an order that was meant to receive max in 25 days, 2.5 months and not received. I live in London and the say they have delivered it to Dover!! The communications are bizzare and makes one feel a fraud company. Just asked bank to get refund from my credit card.

I would give minus five stars if I could. Further to my last review below. I have since written to Bellagadgets in London and the letter was returned. Obviously the company is not registered here. They are registered in Morocco. In their returns policy this is not mentioned. After months of trying to get a refund I have decided to put the said Orthofix Shoes in the bin. I did manage to buy a similar pair of sandals from Shoezone. Great size 40 fit and made of leather called Heavenlyfeet.
