I first had a bad experience with this vendor when buying around Black Friday 2022. I understood that shipping could be backed up due to the holiday shopping surge, but then they did not update my order for over a month and did not reply to any of my messages sent through their webform or email. Finally, I disputed the charge with my bank. Miraculously, my order shipped the very next day! I let the dispute drop since I finally received my items, albeit too late for holiday gifting.

I wasn't going to try them again but you know what? I really like their sugar scrubs! The product is great! A year and a half later, I used the last of my previous order and my kid asked for more. I decided my previous issue was probably a one time small business snafu and gave them another shot.

I placed my order for two body scrubs on June 5. It is now almost September, coming up on THREE months later, and my items have not shipped. I have received no responses to any emails or messages sent through their website, although they did create a second shipping label in early August after a month of me trying to contact them. Both tracking numbers say they have been created in the system but not delivered to the shipper. This means I can't claim them as lost from UPS.

I get that this is clearly a small company with limited capacity. I still don't understand their unprofessional behavior or lack of communication. If you can't fill orders within three months (their website says 7-14 days) or reply to customers, just make stuff for your friends and sell it locally at the farmer's market. OR, alternatively, just don't charge me until my order ships, and let me know there's been a backup or delay.

I'm honestly the most disappointed because I like their product and wanted to keep using it, but I can't trust them to purchase again.

One of the very, VERY few 1-star reviews I've given a business. Would have been zero if that were an option.

So for a small business? I understand when demand exceeds volume. I understand the challenges of large-scale 3PL. I understand when orders back up. But to have zero response after MONTHS of waiting and contacting? (Using their official 'Contact Us' link, by the way.)

Deplorable.

I can't believe this group have amassed the IG following they currently have. It's how I got suckered into attempting my own purchase — really slick reels that tempted my wallet. Absolute scam. Only trouble is I, like many other people, only discovered this AFTER I was burned.

Pretty sure anyone reading this will have been scammed as well. Wish I could have warned you before, but here we are. Join the club. We would have had jackets, but they never arrived.

No package received by UPS. No response from Bellamour. No response when I asked for a refund

I ordered two body scrubs in May. It is now the middle of July and I have heard nothing from this company. I have emailed them multiple times for an update on my order and no one has responded to me. I believe this company is a scam. They keep sending me emails about my order, but do not respond to my inquiry about shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Order placed 06/17/2024. I've ordered from this company a couple of times and they're notoriously slow with shipping, usually takes about 3 weeks from day of order for package to arrive. Package was marked as shipped 07/02/2024, however, as of today's date (07/16/2024) UPS tracking indicates that they don't have possession of the package as of yet. I've sent them two emails through their contact form on their website, I've messaged them on Instagram and Tik Tok (only as of today's date). I recommended them to my mom and she placed an order, she's found herself in the same predicament. I would love a response and an ETA as to when the package will be dropped off with UPS.

Adding 07/17/2024: I had messaged their Tik Tok and Instagram yesterday, and I also commented on their most recent Tik Tik video for attention. Today I see that they've deleted my comment.

Adding 08/16/2024: FINALLY package showed up via USPS (was originally provided with UPS tracking info). I'd left another comment on their Tik Tok back in July, they've since deleted that comment again. But still no response to any of my private messages.

Adding 09/08/2024: My mom's shipment arrived! Wow. We were certain it was a lost cause. Needless to say, we will never be ordering from this company again. WILD.

Last update: After I posted my update on 7/30/24, my package finally was shipped. The shipping didn’t take a crazy amount of time and honestly the products are good. Personally though, I just don’t think that it is worth the decent quality to have to publicly shame the company to receive your product so I would not recommend ordering from here.

I placed an order on 5/5/24 and it’s now 6/26/24 and I have heard NOTHING! I have contacted them multiple times on their website, 3 times by email, and I even tried dm-ing them on instagram and TikTok. It’s a scam, please do not order from here!
Update: On 7/2/24 I finally received an email that it had shipped, but as of 7/30/24, it is still saying that UPS hasn’t taken possession of the item.

It's been over a month since my order was placed. I tried to submit for help on the website which claims to answer in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. They have zero customer service and I've had to file a claim with my credit card

I ordered from this company back in March and never received my order. My tracking number is still in the "Pre-Shipment" phase, as in USPS never received the package. The company tried to say they made a claim with them and they would reship it. I then ask for an updated tracking number and I have not heard back from the company for weeks now. I have emailed them several times and tried to message them on Instagram as well. I found another girl in the comments of their post that experienced a similar experience and they deleted our comments. I wanted to trust this company but they are no longer trustworthy. If you are considering ordering from them, save the hassle and DON'T.

It has been 7 weeks since I ordered and have been going back and forth with emails. They stopped responding to me a week ago and I have been more than patient with this business. I filed a chargeback as well as reporting this business as fraudulent to my bank.

It has been 3 months since I ordered and have not received the full order or reiumbursement. The customer service is very lacking and will promise to resend but never do then completely ignore emails. I will not order from them again

Well this is disappointing. I finally decided to order from here after seeing the videos so many times and the product looked so good. I placed my order on 3/12 and it’s 4/9 and I haven’t received any updates. It just says pending fulfillment despite the website saying everything ships out rather quickly. I sent an email to customer service and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing considering I ordered 3 scrubs.

Edit to add I’ve sent another email and gone through the website with my concerns and still have not heard back from anyone

Update 6/18: I finally received my order in late April/early May. While I still think the shipping times are too long with a lack of response from the shop, I will give it to her. The products are GOOD. I initially gave the shop a 1 star review because I had no hope of receiving the product, but have updated to three stars because I love the way the scrubs smell and how they foam up and turn soapy. It’s worth the order if you’re willing to wait for it.

Updating 4/12: I received an email on 4/8 saying my order is on the way, but as of this morning USPS still hasn’t received the order. I’m assuming she’s doing what she’s done on other reviews on here- she saw my negative review, is sending the item finally to save face, then will come back here and comment once it’s FINALLY been delivered saying she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and her records show it’s been delivered. Still would NOT recommend ordering from this site. I shouldn’t have to write a bad review to get your attention.

Placed an order on March 1st and it’s now April 5th with no updates. I tried reaching out via email with no response. I have commented on multiple instagram posts and every time the comment is taken down and not addressed. I have found other people in the comments writing the same and their comments are also deleted. Don’t order- it’s a scam. Real bummer because I have always wanted these products and when I finally ordered I realized you don’t actually get the products. Oof.

Ordered on 3/7 it’s 4/2 still have yet to receive anything order still says pending with no tracking number, I’m taking it up with my bank, don’t order from here I reached out but no reply! I’m a business owner myself and you do not value your customers at all!

I ordered one product on February 20th and it's currently March 7th and my order still says pending. I have reached out multiple times to them to inform them of the complications and have not gotten a single reply. My money was already withdrawn and I'm not sure if I'm ever gonna get the product or if I just wasted my money. Bellamour body please take the chance to inform me of what's going on with my order.

I have waited 2 weeks for my order to ship and I have tried reaching out between the site , Instagram & TikTok multiple times like if you can’t fulfill the order can I have a refund !?!???

Bellamour Body is one of the worst skincare shops ive ever encountered. I placed my order (#1590) on October 28, by November 28 I received no products or updates on my order (despite their website noting shipping and processing takes 14 business days). I reached out and was given a run around in how my order was about to be shipped but NEVER WAS.

I requested a refund and i was told i would receive it within 10 business days. It has been over 10 days and I have not been refunded. Their website, in fact, noted my order is still awaiting fulfillment.

It is now December 13 (i ordered October 28) and they have stopped responding to emails entirely.

I reached out via instagram dm and received no response. I began commenting on their post to warn others of my ordeal and THEY DELETED THE COMMENTS. I also discovered they have certain words filtered on their comments. Words such as “email” and “order”. They did see my comments however and responded via dm asking for my order number — which i already provided in my initial message to them.

Long story short— they are scammers. They accept your money, give you the run around about your order, then stop responding entirely.

They give false attempts to assist when they have no intentions to do so.

Please avoid them if you can! BUYER BEWARE

Don’t order from here…I had been a returning costumer a few times, I ordered on october 25 13th and it’s now December 4 I reached out to costumer service l and they said it will ship out soon. A few days later on November 28 got a notification that the shipping label was created, but USPS hadn’t received the package to ship. When I go to check the USPS tracking info it still says the exact same thing. At this point I don’t think it’s coming and they haven’t reached out with any updates since or even offered a refund. Don’t trust this website or shop.

UPDATE:
Finally received my order after over a month. 5-star product, 1-star shipping and costumer service.
I placed my order over a month ago. When I login it says pending but money was withdrawn immediately. I E-mailed costumer service several times but no reply.

Scam site. Ordered some products for my wife's birthday a month ago and never arrived. No update. Tried contacting through customer service and got no response.
