Don’t order from here…I had been a returning costumer a few times, but my last order never came. I ordered on May 13th and it’s now June 13th. I reached out to costumer service last month and they said it will ship out soon. A few days later on June 7th I got a notification that the shipping label was created, but USPS hadn’t received the package to ship. When I go to check the USPS tracking info it still says the exact same thing. At this point I don’t think it’s coming and they haven’t reached out with any updates since or even offered a refund.
Update: Issue was resolved and I received my order

Absolute Worst Online Experience I've ever had
Placed an order back in the first week of Dec of close to $100. Missed Christmas delivery. Followed up with then via multiple avenues, at least 20 times in the past 3 months. Virtually no contact back. Of the 2 times they communicated back, they said the order was on its way and that it was UPS fault. Here I am March 3 with no product, no refund, no response.
I've tried to find a phone number for them with no success.
Anyone else have a way to contact them?

I placed 2 orders Nov 26. I was supposed to receive by Dec 16. I emailed them several times with no response. The week after Christmas, I received an email stating they are trying to fulfill my orders. In January, I received an email they are refunding me because they cannot fulfill. No explanation. Disappointing for my nieces.

Cencelled by order after contacting customer service.
I ordered 4 scrubs from this company 2 days after Christmas. I had waited over 3 weeks after placing my order for it to ship. I haven't received a confirmation e-mail for the entire duration. Contacted the customer service and asked if I would get a confirmation e-mail. They then cancelled my order, with no questions asked and still awaiting a response from their customer service. Please do think it through before ordering from this company.

Hello, unfortunately we did have to cancel many orders last Christmas. We understand the inconvenience but either the customer were upset about not getting their orders fast and were accusing us of scamming or upset that their order was canceled and that they received a full refund. We apologize if you did not receive an email.
Avoid at all costs!!
As others have said, they do not ship and they do not respond to emails. Had to dispute to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible company anymore
Horrible company anymore! I don't understand why they are scamming people now. I have previously placed about 4 or 5 orders and received them within the 2 weeks stated on their website. Around 11/11, they released several new scrubs. I made a $70 something order and it is now 12/18 & they won't respond to my emails and they delete comments on social media that I and a few others have left. I had to file a dispute for the order plus the week after, I had placed one, not expecting this horrible unprofessionalism.
*Edit* Guys, first,file a chargeback. Also, I had to figure out how to complain about them to the website they use. Only after that did they respond and refund me. I also received my money back for another transaction via my credit card company. They are an absolutely disgusting company now.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Took my money in October. Promised Delivery several times and have failed to deliver. I have asked for a refund.
Now not answering my messages.
Avoid! If you aren't local they will take your money and you get nothing.
£50 wasted.
