Rubbish!

Cat scratching post.
Was looking forward to receiving this, as it looked fab, but an absolute waste of money!!! Complete rip off. Realised after receiving it, it is made of wood and cardboard! I thought it was a hessian scratching pad and wood which would last Not cardboard! Not seen replacement scratching boards so waste of £50! Fuming!😡

Couldn’t order car seat cover at same time to my address?!?! Missed out on discount.
Would not recommend buying from this company! I believe their warehouse is UK but actually in Hong King. Rubbish customer service too.

Poor quality dogs bed

I have purchased many dogs beds over the last 50 plus years and this is the worst quality for the money. The material is flimsy and the filling sparse and uneven. The covers are not removable for washing making the drying particularly difficult.
It's complicated getting a refund and you can't talk to anyone. Not worth the money, look elsewhere.

ordered 19th Jan sent 22 e mails booked 15 tickets asking for refund no one came back to me you cannot get hold of them by phone disgraceful conduct. The only almost helpful thing was the help assistant even they said it was disgraceful service Do not buy customer service is non existent I did not realise that Natural Calm was bella and toby. Stay well away finally said they would refund 9 days later and it could take up to 10 days. DO NOT BUY

Slow delivery poor quality

Slow delivery, nearly a month. Poor quality bed for the money. I bought the same for a third of price on Amazon it came the next day. Safe your money, time and blood pressure

Very lightweight

Very lightweight, poor quality and overpriced.
Customer service is not good, they drag it put and kerp changing the goal posts. I knew when I received it was too light, tried to return it without unpacking it, mow they want a photo unpacked, it's horrible. I just want a refund.

Bought a calming dog bed,poor quality

Bought a calming dog bed from this company under its new name ‘Natural calm’
Paid £63 and was so disappointed,the quality being poor and material flimsy.
It is not as good as same size bed from Aldi that cost £24!!
Complete rip off,beware !!

Choose the right colour if it’s wrong they won’t return it! …

I bought the medium size stress relief pet bed in green. It arrived promptly but quickly I saw I didn’t like the colour - too fluorescent. I contacted them to ask if could return it and SWAP for a light grey and they said No! choosing the wrong colour was not a good reason for return! They suggested I donate it to a pet rescue centre and buy another in a different colour!😡 not cheep at at £65 a go! I tried to discuss it with them and even sent them a copy of their own return policy!

Lovely beds

I have bought a few beds from this company and it’s now a year or so later and they are still going strong. I wash them regularly too. There seems to be a few negative reviews but my own experience is only positive. I have different coloured doughnut beds scattered around my house, even the cat likes them. They are spoilt for choice.

Dog bed that has not arrived

I ordered a dog bed on 17 September and as of 25 September I have not received it, just a free gift that I knew nothing about. I have tried to track the order but all it shows is that the free gift has been delivered and I cannot find a contact number for Bella & Toby, the website takes me to FAQs but does not provide any contact details for customer service.

Bought a £63 dog bed in June

Bought a £63 dog bed in June. Within just a few weeks the stitching had come undone. Stuffing spread everywhere. Company takes no responsibility for faulty products. These are really poor quality I would strong recommend you avoid and buy elsewhere.

Dreadful company to deal with

Dreadful company to deal with. Ordered dog bed after company advised of 48 Hr delivery. Emailed with Royal Mail tracking number. Can’t be tracked as Royal Mail haven’t received the item from the company. Tried without fail to get a resolution to my query. Weeks later still no joy. Suspect this company are not legit.

Keep Well Away

Keep Well Away . Terrible company keep well away , customer service rubbish , bought two beds only received one , after several emails to customer service all you get is a default reply saying you have the wrong department and they give you a link which does nothing, strange when you have a customer service department that doesn’t help , the beds are nothing special as good if not better on Temu and Amazon at a third or the price , I’ve now given up and called it a learning curve

Oakley needs a calming bed too!

I had to have my ex-puppy farm rescue dog pts. Oakley wasn't coping on his own. I got another dog from the rescue, that Oakley came from. I bought Albie a calming bed. I need to get another as they are taking turns!!

Very poor customer care - no response to X3 emails

I recently purchased a new dog bed, in anticipation of acquiring a second dog, in the hope that my current dog and the newbie would curl up together on it. However the dog meet did not go well and due to our current dog’s age and nature as a family we have decided against having another dog.

The extra large dog bed we purchased is therefore no longer suitable for our small dog, it has not been opened from the original packaging and therefore I am more than happy to return. I have sent X3 emails to 3 different email addresses you have listed as part of your customer care with photo of unopened package along with proof of purchase.

I have been waiting over a week now for a response from you. Very poor customer care!!!

Tried Twice—Great Refund Policy, Poor Bed Quality

I appreciate that this company is very transparent about the quality of their beds and has a no-fuss refund policy. They issued a full refund when we raised concerns, and although they initially tried to deduct a small amount, they refunded it promptly when we pushed back. So, from a customer service perspective, they’re responsive and trustworthy.

However, the product itself falls short. The beds we received were poorly filled and lacked the support of our previous one. We found a very similar bed at The Range for just £15, and eventually replaced both beds (yes, we gave them a second chance) with a much better and larger one from Pets at Home for £35.

I genuinely want to see this company succeed—they seem well-intentioned—but their product quality and value are not yet on par with other options currently available.

Avoid

No customer service at all as other customers have said, I would avoid this company and buy elsewhere. The bed wasn’t that good either , no real support for the dog , I will be contacting trading standards if I do not get a response from this company..

Terrier on duty…

From being recommended by work friends to the easy ordering to purchase and delivery was amazing service. Our 2 and half year old Patterdale Alfie decided he wanted to make a hole in the rugs in the kitchen where he sleeps which are quite large and costly. I was told about your beds help with reducing anxiety as that was the only thing we could think about.
Alfie is a very relaxed laid back dog who sleeps through the night in his own space in the kitchen and we have never had an issue so the destructive behaviour was worrying.
He loves the bed which we move around the apartment when we are in so he hangs out with his own space watching all his favourites on tv and chill. Then bedtime or we are going out we put back in the kitchen to his own safe place and fingers crossed 2 weeks have gone by we are still going well. Terrier on duty so watch this space.

Impossible to return a dog bed that was…

Impossible to return a dog bed that was too small, sent photo but no response, four emails later nothing after reading other comments from costumers don’t buy from them , a waste of £51 after weeks of trying. I would have bought a bigger one from them, but didn’t have the chance so bought one the same and the right size from another company for £27 it’s perfect ,
