Don’t pay for 24 hour delivery
Paid for 24 hour delivery and a week later the dog bed is still not here. I wouldn’t mind so much but any attempt to contact the company results in being led in circles . The utterly useless chatbot told me the delivery was on track before admitting there was a problem and to contact the support email address. I did this and got a response saying, “ email you've contacted is not directly associated with our Customer Service Team” and directed me back to the chatbot! Will be requesting a refund

Ordered 2 days ago, stupidly I paid £5.00 extra for 24hr delivery but the item is still showing as pending... it's a joke!
I can't comment on quality of the product as it's nowhere to be seen. Hope it's better quality than the customer service who even though they took my money for 24hr delivery never had any intention of send it by that method as Royal Mail tracking number clearly shows it is a 48hr service!😡

I ordered a dog bed from Bella&Toby on the 12th December, the bed arrived quickly but it was not as I expected, so I emailed them, as advised on their website.
After sending numerous emails and messages to them, I still have not received an email back from them advising, how I can return the bed and get a refund.
This company promotes how easy returns are, but as you can see, it’s impossible. It is illegal for them not to refund me the £70 as they advise, easy returns.
I will continue to try and get my money back, but if you have any sense you certainly will not buy anything from them.
I’m hoping that they may get in contact with me now I have written this dreadful review

I ordered my dog bed on 12th January and paid for tracked 48 hours delivery. It is now 23rd January and I have checked with royal mail and printed a photo of my bed been delivered elsewhere. Even been opened! Do not use this company, you cannot speak to anyone. they have just changed their name to Natural Calm ?

I was given a bed from a friend as it was too big for her flat and my dogs loved it , so after numerous years and plenty of washing it , it final had to go , I then saw the products on face book and knew i had to replace it ,from the word go it was easy to see what i neededand very easy to order , All we had to do was wait for it to arrive it was tracked so we knew when it was going to arrive , all my dogs were waiting patiently for it to arrive , it arrived by royal mail and had instructions on what to do very clear , all instructions followed , now i have the dogs fighting to get into it .might have to get another one

I researched dog beds extensively and decided on the Bella and Toby fluffy donut one. We have a 9 month old Labrador who will get bigger so we got the largest one. It was on offer and so more affordable. Unfortunately the colour was out of stock and we received a pleasant e mail a few days later to apologise and ask if we wanted to change colour or cancel. We changed from the light grey to dark grey, it came a few days later. It’s was well packaged and is good quality. He sleeps in it every night which we are very pleased about as he is very picky where he lies down and only seemed to like the sofa! It feels very comfy and is a decent weight so doesn’t slip across our wooden floor. We were so pleased that we bought another one, light grey, for upstairs. Unfortunately although it’s washable it’s too large for the machine so we will take it to a laundrette. It wasn’t a cheap bed but I believe is worth it.

Ordered a week ago, still not dispatched, provided a Royal Mail tracking number but it hasn’t been collected from Bella Toby- so much for 24/48 hr delivery. Such a shame as this was a second order I was making and last time was fine.
Have my money still though obviously.
And don’t respond to queries on email as promised within 24 hours - send one yesterday morning still no response.

Our dog loves her bed, we bought the bed to have in the lounge as she didn’t settle on a different dog blanket. Mheg is a working collie & now appears very settled & chilled

Our latest rescue Doberman is anxious (she is on calming supplements) around fire, smoke and fireworks. This New Years eve she was particularly stressed, and no one got much sleep. New Years day I looked and saw the offer on the lovely beds- I had looked at them before but hadn't purchased one. When I saw the offer I ordered one the very same day. It arrived and once it had puffed up to size it was put in place. I left for work early as usual, our dog usually wakes my husband up within 5 minutes of me leaving sometimes before I have moved from the drive. 1st night of the new bed she let my husband sleep for an extra half an hour. RESULT

Do not use this company. Customer care truly terrible. Ordered a calming bed for my 13 year old cocker spaniel. Bed arrived but wrong size, tried contacting company to exchange for correct size only to be met with an AI Bot response, telling me to email their customer care team, I emailed the customer care team only for to receive an automated email directing me direct me back to the AI Bot who then direct me back to their customer care team. Been round the houses between the two platforms 4 times now and no further forward. Advertising "Hassle Free Returns" is a joke. Notice there has been numerous comments on this, wish I had read this before purchasing.
Excellent product
Ordered the large bed for my two cocker spaniels Dottie and Bettie. The teal green went so well with my living room decor. Arrived quickly and my two girls loved it as soon as I opened it. They were so excited. Lovely size and colour and incredible soft. Really pleased with purchase 😀
Bed came very quickly & very nice
Bed came very quickly with no problems. Bed itself is great & good quality. Unfortunately at the moment my dog has struggled with it as it's quite bouncy & she has problems with back legs. As the cushion inside moves she loses balances so she's cautious of getting in.
Going to persevere though as I think it's a very comfy, snuggly bed. Just have to work out how she can get in & turn round without falling.
I have no problem whatsoever though with the quality of the bed & would definitely recommend.
