Incorrect order received. Tried phone and email to discuss rectifying. No return calls, no acknowledgement of mails. Disappointing. Great product but reluctant to place further orders.

Lovely tasting products. Such a shame 75% of the toasts had been broken in transit and weren’t suitable for use.

A friend recommended this bakery, and specifically their brownies. I went on their website and of course I bought some of their other products as well (of which I recommend the Zesty cake if you like lemon cakes). The entire experience was 10/10.

Absolutely love their products. My husband is recently gluten free after an illness and is sooo happy with these products. Brownie, tiffin, millionaire shortbread plus the cheesy biscuits. All tried and amazing. The delivery came super quickly too. Would highly recommend, for both gluten-free and non gluten free! Great taste and texture. Will be ordering more!

Bought brownies for my boyfriend that I can't see for a while as a long distance gift. He loved them, said they were the best brownies he's ever had!

Ordered a few different flavoured crackers. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

I had a bit of a panic because I’d written my billing address as the recipients address accidentally and was afraid the delivery of brownies would not only be late but delivered to the wrong address due to my mistake!

I needn’t have worried they contacted me vthe next day and rectified this. The brownies were also very greatly received by the 12yo birthday girl. Ty so much for making her day special xxx

Excellent delivery, quick order turn around, however I can’t rave about the taste, and won’t be trying again,I was so hoping to love them and use them as future presents. Beeston brownies continues to top for me

The crumb topping is fabulous and I have reviewed the product. The service from these lovely people has been fantastic - going above and beyond. Small issue with delivery address sorted effortlessly to ensure I received my package. Highly recommended. I will be back :)

It was tiny. I was not too impressed with the size tbh. I certainly would not pay the full price.
Customer service was lovely though. Shame about the size.
Personalisation was only a hand written card ! I could have done that myself. I thought the brownie was going to have a message.
Will definitely need to but an additional valentines day gift in addition
Oh arrived very quickly

Product arrived late and badly damaged. Began to go mouldy after 24 hours suggesting it was was either old or incorrectly packaged.
Very disappointed

excellent product these guys really listen and act on public suggestions. really impressed with all aspects of the product right down to delivery which was brilliant there was going to be a delay of 24 hours but I was contacted and notified in advance great service great company.

Delicious, excellent gluten free products. Highly recommend.
