Dishonest company

Dishonest company , you can buy same baby clothes from AliExpress 8 times cheaper with free delivery, it’s from China meaning very low quality. Been sent text to represent them, but it’s rip of selling something for 38$ , where is actual price is 2$!!!

For this amount of money the quality of this clothes is the worst you ever met. I never dealt with a company so unproffesional. The quality of these clothes are -1. I am very dissappointed. I highly don't recommend this company.

The worst

The worst, they asked me to participate with them on their “social media team” I did and I ordered one outfit, that was back on June, it’s October and I have no sign of the clothe; I’ve text/email them and they barely respond and when I ask for my refund (because obviously I don’t want nothing anymore) they said I have to wait more time and they don’t know how long. This is the worst!

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Ordered a purse & after 2 weeks emailed them to ask where it was. No response. Emailed again couple days later to ask for a refund or at least a response before putting in a Paypal claim. Again, no response. Emailed twice more via Paypal dispute asking for full refund, still no response. Then approximately 4 weeks after I'd ordered, the purse arrived, faulty I may add as zipper toggle fell off as soon as I opened it! Next day, Paypal refunded me. Literally within an hour of that happening I had a phonecall from boutique owner asking me to return the purse as I had been refunded. So I'm meant to be out of pocket paying postage twice (£4.95 p&p wasn't refunded by Paypal) for an item that I asked them several times to cancel & refund. Disgusting service. Completely ignored until they were potentially going to be out of pocket. I'd steer clear if I were you, judging by other comments this certainly wasn't a one off

Never use them!!

Never use them!!! They have taking my money for an order of bridesmaids dress in January I am still yet to receive or get a refund. Have emailed several times and only heard back once to say it’s on its way but that was 2 months ago....they haven’t replied to any since! Disgusting. I will be reporting the company now. Avoid!

Absolutely shocking company and …

Absolutely shocking company and customer service is non existent. I ordered 4 dresses over a month ago and emailed to ask where they were? I was told that they were on holiday at the moment and the dresses were sent a week earlier. After several emails and nearly 2 weeks had passed I was told that 2 of the dresses I ordered were out of stock and that they had put a note in the delivery to say this. Why did it take until I chased the parcel for them to tell me this? I needed them for events and so had to go out last minute and buy other dresses. The website took my order and money without a mention that the products were out of stock. I've since emailed several times again and only just received a parcel today registered post so it was obviously only just sent a couple of days ago! Inside the parcel is 1 dress and not the 2 promised and no sign of the note they said was in the parcel. To make matters worse the dress is clearly not new. It has dark hairs attached to the sequins and the tags cut out so I have not got a clue what size it's supposed to be? Suffice to say it's going back and I want a refund of the full monies (nearly £300!).
I'm not prepared to pay for return postage either which they are asking for.
Do not EVER buy from this company. They are shocking and need reporting.

STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered my dress for a bridesmaid over a month ago. Fobbed off and told it was posted several times. Then told the boss was in hospital (likely story) and the replacement couldn't get access to my tracking number. She refused to admit it wasn't posted and refused to refund until I posted a claim with PayPal. Refund was immediate which is funny when laura claimed she didn't have access to refund. Avoid like the plague.
