Item took forever to arrive (comes from China); while waiting I decided I wanted to cancel my order. Emailed their listed support address (twice) and received no reply. Item arrived and was terrible quality - fits weird and cheap fabric. I followed their return/refund request process by emailing their support address with the info they need. Never got a reply. Emailed them eight times and never got a reply. Fortunately I made this purchase via PayPal and was able to file a dispute. PP processed my refund within minutes.

BEWARE I ordered 10 items and only received six at first. After a month of complaining, I got a notification that the remaining four had been sent, but I only received one item in the package. The last three items are listed as delivered, and they are nowhere to be found. No one responds to their support emails. Bad business practices.

I edited my review. I complained about the three missing items. I still didn’t get a reply, but I did see that I was refunded the money for the missing items. So the experience was still bad, but after a long while they made it right in the end.

I have ordered several times from Belle Poque for my daughters with great success. My eldest is cottage-core and loves the dresses and sweaters I have found for her here. My youngest likes to period dress on special occasions and again we have had such great finds on the site. Quality has always been good. Shipping has been better than expected knowing it is coming from Asia.

I ordered 7 dresses from this company. They only sent me five. One of those five was a completely different dress from what I ordered. They told me they no longer had the other two dresses which they charged me for in November and said they would replace them. I told them which dresses to replace and they have not done it or responded to me despite about 10 emails. It has been weeks. They do not have a phone number. No one has contacted me despite taking my money. I can see the order and it says partially fulfilled and there are no tracking numbers to on the two dresses I ordered that I haven't receied. My daughter is really sad she got a completely different dress to the one I ordered as that was her favorite. I will never order from them again and hope my credit card will refund me when I file a complaint as it has been over thirty days with no sigh of sending me the merchandise I ordered.

Bellepoque is my favorite clothing shop! I love their vintage styles and the bright patterns they offer. The sizing chart has always been accurate with me, and their customer service is very helpful.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The cardigan I ordered arrived within two weeks and was comfortable, soft, and looks great!

I have now ordered from bellepoque on a few occasions as I find their clothing is unique and accurate to the era, well made and the customer care team are quick to respond to any of my queries and resolve them. This is one of my favourite online stores. I suggest you make sure you measure yourself with orders though, crucial for any online transactions in clothing.

Belle Poque was very gracious when I enquired about an order that I made that I had not received a month after making the purchase. They found that I had made a mistake in the address & offered me a gift card in the same amount that I had paid for the items so I could repurchase. So kind! I appreciate them for understanding & being so lovely & helpful. :)

*WARNING* DON’T BE A FOOL AND ORDER FROM BELLEPOQUE.COM. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Firstly, their size chart is incorrect. Secondly, they offer products and then say they are not available for shipping for weeks. Then, when I received a damaged dress over a month later, they say I have to pay for return shipping and suggest I donate the dress instead. THEY PLAY GAMES AND SUPPLY INFERIOR PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am delighted with my denim mid length flared skirt. I have been literally looking for this style for over a year. It falls really well because of the elastane in the fabric and having sat about in it for an hour, it has not 'seated.'
It's going to be a staple of my wardrobe, year round.

Sometimes their website isn’t accurate with the stock so I’ve had items in the past that weren’t available anymore after I purchased it. However, they have an incredible customer service. They extremely kind and offer to refund the product or replace it for another one of my choice even if it was a little more expensive. They really seek to make their customers happy and that’s why I keep coming back, even if the website is faulty sometimes :)

I was very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and how fast it was shipped. I was impressed with the remarkable customer service I received. I mistakenly purchased two of the same skirt and when I asked for a return or exchange, the company refunded my money and told me I didn't need to send the skirt back. Very kind people who care about their customers.

Claims a store credit would be cheaper than shopping the items back when they came from Los Angeles. They do not want to process a refund. This place is a scam. Clothing is cheaply made.

The website promises easy returns, but its a scam. Cost to self ship back to China exceeds value of items. Out over $100 on clothes that fit poorly.

I’m happy that the order was delivered, but I am so disappointed😢My order (ME1683132602835H36) arrived yesterday but the package had been opened and the black flaired cardigan (Women’s Cardigan) was gone. I know it’s not Bellepoche’s fault but I’m just so upset about the loss. It was delivered by Micro Express. I am expecting a white/cream one soon as well. I’m hoping that will arrive safely🙏

The dress I ordered wasn't for me and I asked to return. Their 1st reply was to give me $15 off the next order.
I replied I wanted to RETURN the dress and they replied quote: "Please give us a 5-star review in this website（We will send you the website later）
And we will send you a new style which you can pick by yourself and no need to turn the original one back.You can send it to your family or bestie.
What do you think of the offer?"
I won't be returning the dress and will donate it since I can tell the return will be a nightmare. They will most likely "lose" the shipment. I have ordered a LOT of dresses online (mostly from Amazon) and will stick with that. BE aware - they are shady!

I bought this pioneer styled tiered skirt and it is so well made. It even has strings at the front to pull the front of the skirt higher. Absolutely love it. I would post a photo if I could.
