If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the women orthopedic sneakers and they hurt my feet.So much for the comfortable part. On top of it it took a long time to get the shoes. But anyway I looked on the website that they so have it doesn’t give you an option to return you will need to emailed them first so I get a reply with a long address in ChIna. It will cost me $32.15 to return a shoes that costed $50 this is ridiculous to me. I wish I had know that this was not an American store. The shoes are NOT comfortable at all I walked around the house in them it was like I was walking barefoot. SMH I want my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at the same time. They were shipped separately and I wound up not receiving one pair even though tracking showed the 2nd pair had delivered. I found Bellkmart to lack sufficient support in tracking down the missing item. That being said, it came to light that the US Postal Service was the culprit for the missing shoes. They were placed in a community locker and I was never provided the key until I made a formal inquiry. I feel better that I received the shoes and can confidently say I like the shoes very much. They are very stylish and comfortable.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on May 27th and still have not received! I will NOT PAY FOR THIS ORDER AND WILL HAVE MY BANK CONTEST PAYMENT…

My order has not arrived and it’s been over a month. I can not reach them so contacted the government scam network!

Decent looking shoes. Good value for the $.

It’s been a month and I’ve not received the 2 pairs. The tracking number yields no useful info, and no response from their contact customer service email. Seems sketchy at best.

This was a horrible shopping experience, the order was wrong, shipped the wrong color shoes and then didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake. I will not buy anything from them again!
