For me the wait was to far too long.
I ordered the same piece of equipment with Outbacker and received the item the next day.

Same with everything - Just make sure before you order something that the item you wish to purchase is available before ordering otherwise you will wait, and then have to chase. Once i asked for my refund via PayPal the next day i was informed my item is out for delivery.

90 degree 60mm angle piece -
Bought for my portable camping stove. Fits perfected. Exactly what I needed.

Used the 60mm 90 degree bends to fit a Outbacker Tent Stove in my shed, the fit was spot on and used a bit of car exhaust assembly paste to seal them. Hopefully the external bend won't rust but too early to tell.

I did a lot of research before buying two bell tents from this company ( 4 metre BTV 3 with stove hole) , I looked at and talked to owners of many different makes at two festivals this summer., and these BTV tents are the best I’ve come across, as for customer service, the staff at BTV are great, friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a 5m bell tent, the heavy duty BTV 3 version.

They were really helpful, answered my questions very quickly and delivery was quick (although I collected from DHL due to the weight).

Used it for the first time in a very wet and stormy valley. Other tents were collapsing, ours was nice a sturdy, stove kept us warm and everyone was very jealous.

It came packaged well but takes a while to set up properly.

Also, If you are using a carpet and a sheet under the tent to protect it… don’t use the log burner even with a heat mat as although the tent floor doesn’t melt, the carpet and protector do (from another company).

Superb quality product, came in good time and built to last, I had a different model bell tent from a. Different supplier and it worked perfect, next thing I’ll buy is the complete porch for the winter !!

I already have 3 Bell Tents, because they are so good, to accommodate guests for our seminars.

Fast delivery, item well packaged, sold as a full circle bell tent carpet but arrived as two half moons, this didn’t matter to us but might bother some.

We love our new family tent. It is strong and well made. We chose a 5m canvas bell tent, opted for the heavier weighted canvas and had the stove hole in case we set up in winter. We set up our tent last weekend at a family festival, there is a huge amount of room. We slept me.. I am Peche, (that is peach in French, because I am French, and of course I'm the most important member of the family) and my three humans, loads of space left to sleep more if necessay. I am thinking of taking my boyfriend Neige next time.
