arrived ahead of estimated time. Well packaged and reasonable price for the quality of item.

The tent was not delivered on the date advised (not their fault really, the delivery firms but still a frustration as it means it missed the bank holiday weekend despite me originally trying to order this 5 days before the bank holiday.

When the item arrived, the tent's quality is excellent, the wood burners paint is not great but this is manageable.

I had some very minor issues, which after a quick exchange the team there rectified quickly and professionally.

Exceptionally high quality bell tents. I also had an issue with my first order and the customer service was exceptional too, fully resolved quickly, politely and efficiently and personally. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service. The tents were delivered quickly, we put them up ourselves, and we were so impressed with the quality. Fabulous!

Very good customer service. Very quick delivery and redelivery of a couple of bits I'd sent back by accident! Good quality tent, held up well to a couple of weeks of unexpected Scottish snow and the stove also kept it very pleasant inside regardless of the freezing temp outside. I will be buying from them again

I ordered 2 & wooden Tarp poles…
Description on website could be better as the listing only details the metal options & the wooden option is a bit vague.
Was hoping the wooden poles were in foldaway in 2 halves like the metal ones but they are solid 7ft poles
Quality of poles good & strong. Metal clamps on top with clips for securing tarp good.
Kept them despite the fact they don’t come in 2 halves mainly because I couldn’t be doing with the hassle of returning such a long item & also because I was desperate for wooden tarp poles & nowhere else in the UK had any in stock, overall product good but description on website definitely needs improvement.

Great little stove and kit for a small bell tent. Fast shipping and no import issues. More solid than I expected for the price.

Everything was great until i assemble the stove. The chimey was not in the axis and I have to file down the metal to rectify loosing the screw threads. For a new stove it's a pity. Otherwise it's a nice mini stove I've ever seen. Whith a glass it could be perfect.

Initially there was a issue with the porch that I received. The photo on the website was incorrect so I was expecting something different than I received.
Thankfully Bell Tent Village got in touch quickly and it was all resolved.

Ordering from Bell Tent Village was great. Although I'd paid for a next-day delivery and was informed that the tent had been despatched, the well-known delivery company failed to deliver it on the day. When I chased the arrival and reported this to the Customer Service team at Bell Tent Village they promised to refund the cost of the delivery.

Went the extra mile. There was a problem (part missing) with one of my items, but after an initial hiccup the owner of the company called me personally to rectify the situation. I was left with the feeling that this company really cares about it's customers. Recommended, five stars. I would definitely use again. The wood burner and water heater work well and were a good price.

I am so pleased that we decided to use an extra footprint groundsheet under our 5-metre bell tent. Everything matched up neatly, and the double base layer is keeping everything nice and dry. This is important, because the tent will be left up until early autumn. Delivery was rapid, and the entire transaction went very smoothly. Bell tent Village is now a "go-to" supplier for me.

Top notch customer service. I had a problem and they sorted it with a new delivery with in two days. Highly recommend.

The tent itself is beautiful, good quality, and works well. The instructions could perhaps do with a few more drawings of the detail and perhaps a parts list, so the customer knows they have received everything they should. Anyway, the main issue was that the welding on the pole was faulty, and so after some persuasion your customer services said they'd send out a new one. At first they insisted I send the faulty pole back, luckily they later realised this was likely to be a bit inconvenient. The new pole arrived and this itself looked like it was a return, it was scuffed and there was a dent in it that stopped it from joining together. We managed to hammer out the dent so that the new pole is now usable, but it wouldn't have taken much for you to check the pole before it was sent out. You might want to make it policy to check that all your poles go together and come apart as they should, as they are obviously prone to fault. Overall, fairly please with the tent as a whole.

DHL failed to deliver my item but Bell Tent Village quickly replaced the item - excellent customer support
