I was in an accident on the way to school with my son. There was no fault on my drivers part. We used Belmont solicitors to represent us and they did not disappoint. The driver and I were awarded our claim quickly, however, for my son things were a bit trickier. My son has ASD and is completely non verbal. The other party were dragging their heels trying to say there was not enough evidence in terms of my son’s claim despite the fact he was closest to the impact. This seemed unfair. The Belmont team continued to fight for his case and a few weeks later he was awarded his claim. This outcome was purely down to the tenacity and diligence of the team and Belmont solicitors.
