A special thank you to Shivani (I really hope this is how you spell it and I got the name correct), who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. I feel they could likely be a bit more communicative, and take a little longer during onboarding to explain their fees and how/when they will keep in touch, however given the volume of claims they handle they have provided a great service.
