Hot chocolate was very small for 3.60…
Hot chocolate was very small for 3.60 and half of it was bubbles not even milk, other than that the drinks are normally lovely

We source the ingredients we use from other sustainable businesses that allow us to track everything back to where it came from, and to work closely with our suppliers in maintaining the super high quality that we work hard to show in all of our products. Everything we serve is made fresh to order by our expert chefs and baristas, who we pay fairly for the hard work they put in.
Although we do our best to keep our prices as accessible as possible, they are calculated carefully to cover these costs as well as allowing us a little room to continue developing and growing as a business.
We really appreciate that our lovely customers may pay a little more to drink and dine with us than they would at the average chain coffee stores, but we like to think that knowing that everything has been made using the highest quality products, and the utmost care by fabulous people who are passionate about what they do makes it worth those extra few pennies!
I really hope that you'll come back again soon - we'd love the opportunity to restore your faith back to where it was before! :)

Love visiting Bear. The atmosphere is always friendly and upbeat. The staff are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. Plus of course the food and drinks are delicious 😊

Only 4* this time
First review for Bear but not first visit. Normally a 5 * experience but this time a couple of things were not available. Still what we had was good and the place was busy but not the usual fantastic visit. Will be back again soon and sure 5* will be back.

Fantastic all rounder
Friendly staff, excellent customer service, delicious food and drinks. Would fully recommend a visit here, it's s great place to grab a coffee, meet friends for lunch or go out for dinner and drinks.

Visit Bear you will love it!
I have visited Bear in Uttoxeter on several occasions because I like it so much. The coffee is good and the food even better. There is always a nice atmosphere and the service from the friendly staff is always good.
