Amazing safari! I did 5 days in Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate. It's the perfect amount of days, you see the most important things and you also have time to rest. I reached out to the travel agency, Bencia African Tours and Safari directly and I upgraded the accommodations for premium inside each park. It's much better to stay in nice places after a lot of exploring, trust me!! And in some premium places even the animals come to you. The guides were very nice and the jeeps were super comfortable. Bencia made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Everything went perfectly—from the communication with the company to the customization of our trip (starting in Nairobi and ending in Mombasa). Everything was well organized and punctual throughout.

Our driver, Pete, was very professional and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, we were able to see an incredible variety of animals, including the Big Five.

I would highly recommend this company. They are reliable, flexible, and truly professional.

Cons:
- Scam(ish) behaviour
We were meant to pay $33 to visit Crescent Island and $30 to get there by boat. When we checked our gps, we found out that the boat hadn't taken us to the island, just 1km farther along the shore. We stayed there 10 mins then we were told to go back. I called our driver and told him we refused to pay 63 dollars per person for this, so he agreed to only make us pay for the boat ride. We had only agreed to the boat ride because he'd told me it was the only way to reach the island. We never got to visit the island because there was no more time left.
- Our driver was constantly on his phone.
Not only while driving, but even during safaris he wasn't really looking for animals cause he was staring at his phone. When we did find animals, we obviously tried to be quiet and listen to nature but he'd be watching videos on facebook or talking on the phone and ruin the moment (and the videos we took).
- He would tell us to wake up at 5.30am to leave very early, then show up 30mins late.
- He made a misogynistic comment at us about my friend being the one who should make decisions because I'm a woman, and shaming him for not doing so.

Pros:

- accomodation was GREAT. good food, very good rooms, it felt like we paid for the budget option but got the luxury one.
- we met another staff member, in charge of making us food one night, and he was very very kind and a great cook
- they reply to texts and emails very quickly
- they are readily available if you want to change the arranged schedule in any way.
- there really aren't any additional expenses whatsover except the optional ones that are specified within the program. food, water, car fuel and anything you can think of are included in the agreed price.

From Nairobi, we spent three days at Amboseli Safari. The trip was beautiful. The guide took his time and showed patience everywhere. On the first day, I saw a lot of elephants, giraffes and zebras. When the sun rises in the morning, Kilimanjaro mountain can be seen, it looks very beautiful. The meals were tasty and the lodging was tidy and cozy. The entire trip was peaceful and well-organized.

When I saw the lioness up close through the open roof of the car, I understood why African safaris are so famous. Zebra, giraffe, cheetah, ostrich - nothing was left out during the entire trip.
The team at Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris organized everything perfectly; even the food and lodging were of excellent quality.
In a word - the best five-day safari!

This 4-day Masai Mara safari was one of the best trips of our lives. Guide Simon was extremely experienced and patient, and his knowledge of animals is remarkable. he gave us one great moment after another in every day's game drive. we saw all of the Big Five - especially one morning when we saw a cheetah hunting, which was breathtaking. the experience of staying in the luxury lodge was also very comfortable and enjoyable.....🥱🛌 my family and I will always remember this trip.

Three days of adventure in the wild beauty of northern Kenya The most unique and special part of my visit to Kenya was the visit to Samburu. Starting from Nairobi and moving towards the north, the nature has become more rugged and dramatic. But the beauty here is different - I am surprised to see the reticulated giraffe and the long-necked gerenuk! Our guide, Philip, was excellent, explaining the behavior of each animal patiently. And what a strange feeling it is to see crocodiles sitting on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River! Bencia Africa introduces me to another Kenya - it's not just Masai Mara; Samburu is also a great destination.

The 2-day 1-night Amboseli safari from Nairobi was truly a memorable experience. Getting so close to nature while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city was a unique experience. Our driver and guide were very friendly and experienced. He took us to the right places at the right time so that we could see elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, hippos, and even wildebeests up close. The view of Mt. Kilimanjaro covered in clouds was truly unforgettable! The most amazing moment was when we saw a large group of elephants as the sun rose, and behind them stood a huge.

We stayed in a mid-budget lodge, which was located inside the park. From the lodge, we could see the animals roaming the open plains right from the windows. The food was delicious, and the service was simply excellent. Even though this was a short safari, the experience will be one of the best memories of our lives. For those who are short on time but want to see nature up close, this is a perfect tour. Many thanks to the Bencia team.

I took part in a 3-day Samburu Safari with Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris, and honestly, the experience was beyond our expectations. Our guide was very experienced and very well explained about the animals and the environment. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-organized throughout the trip. The Samburu region was quite different—much less crowded, more wild, and with a quietness of nature. It is a unique experience to get a chance to see special wildlife such as the reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Grevy's zebra. It was really fascinating to see crocodiles along the Ewaso Nyiro River and enjoy the sunset in the environment. I must say, if you want to taste the lesser-known but extremely rich nature and wildlife of Northern Kenya, then this 3-day Samburu Safari will be an excellent choice for you.

Recently I went on a 3-day Amboseli Jeep safari from Nairobi; the whole trip was beautifully organized from the moment I left the city, and it was an unforgettable experience. We stopped at some nice places. And the road trip to Amboseli was also wonderful.

We opted for the private safari and stayed in a wonderful lodge. The lodge staff was hospitable, the food was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was ideal for relaxing after a very peaceful day of exciting game drives. From where a beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro could be enjoyed.

Amboseli is famous for its huge elephant herd, and we saw the elephants up close, moving slowly against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro—a truly magical moment! The most interesting aspect of the safari was the game drive. In addition, we saw lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and numerous colorful birds. Our guide was excellent; he was very experienced, patient, and ensured that we had the best photo opportunities.

Amboseli's sunrise and sunset were like a dream. When the golden light was spreading across the entire landscape and the wildlife was moving around silently, the moment was truly heart-touching.

All of this was really great! Starting the journey from Nairobi, visiting Hell's Gate and Lake Nakuru National Park, every moment was thrilling and amazing. The breathtaking scenery and cycling experience at Hell's Gate National Park was quite different. It is indeed a rare experience to see wild animals on high cliffs, hot springs, and open wilderness. Then a flock of thousands of flamingos and the movement of rhinos in Lake Nakuru was a sight to behold. The 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was undoubtedly the best for the game drive, giving us a great travel experience. Night camping was also great—the sky-high stars and the tranquility of nature made the whole experience even more exciting. All in all, it was a great trip! This is definitely an ideal trip for those who love adventure travel amid nature and wildlife..

Mr. Alfred was easily accessible by WhatsApp and email and provided quick and satisfactory answers to all our questions. His drivers/guides were punctual and polite and our tour went smoothly without any hitches. The logistics were good.

lions are killed daily by shepherds, there are more cattle than wildlife

Our safari with Bianca Safari to Samburu National Park was amazing! Our guide, Joseph, was exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife and the park was impressive, and his passion for nature made the experience unforgettable. Joseph’s friendly and engaging personality ensured that we saw incredible animals and learned so much about the environment.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the entire trip was well-organized. We highly recommend Bianca Safari and Joseph for an incredible adventure in Samburu!

I picked this up as a last-minute adventure and it was absolutely amazing! I found myself saying “WOW” so many times that I realized I needed a better vocabulary. Our guide and driver, Timothy was fantastic, and his partner, George, was an excellent cook.

We saw everything imaginable—lions with their cubs, a rhino with a baby, elephants with their little ones, hyenas, impalas, water buffalo, wildebeest, antelope, cheetahs, leopards, birds, and monkeys. It was truly a wildlife lover’s dream!

While the accommodations were on the rustic side, I didn’t mind at all; I came to see wildlife, and we certainly did! Overall, it was a great trip truly unforgettable.

We hade a great experience one our 4 day Safari. Very nice accommodation and the food at the lodges was over all expectations. Our guide Anyona Peter made the tour smoothie and problem free. An excellent driver and guide. Thank you so much for the best possible visit to the Mara.

One negative remake towards the office. They offered to arrange transfer to the airport but when we arrived they were trying to change us 5 times a normal taxi/uber. I think that this service should be included and not over pricing there costumers for this simple service.
