Very bad experience
had the worst possible interaction with the agents. Initially, we received receipts from them that were incomplete, and when we asked for a corrected copy, we got no response. Paul, Bencia Africa Advanture the travel agent who was arranging our trip, We four friends toured with them and I will recommend them to all my friends to give them a bad review. was not very responsive when we called or left messages asking for information about the itinerary. We knew there was only a 25/25 chance that she would answer, so we just did it to document our concerns in case something went wrong. We had to find the location of the automobiles on our own after she provided us the inaccurate directions. When we requested our driver's information the day before the trip, we were informed that the transport manager had

Best experience ever, we saw all the animals from a very close distance.
Vegan option was posible
We were worry because of the price difference, but amazed.
We pay way less than other tours than offer the same.
Btw a jeep is the same as a van there, they have to stay on the road. So this are luxurious details.

Amazing Masai Mara safari!
I have traveled on safari several times with Bencia Africa Adventures & Safaris, but it was the first time for the group of friends I was with. We all had such an amazing experience thanks to Alfred for setting it all up for us and thanks to our driver George for being such a wonderful and helpful guide. Alfred made sure to give us lots of options of places to stay based on different budget ranges so that we could select the option that was the best for the entire group to agree on. Everything was smooth throughout the entire trip and we all had an amazing experience together! I highly recommend booking with Bencia!

We had a very nice weekend trip to Amboseli with Bencia and I can definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable safari in one of the major Kenyan parks. The communication with the team was very smooth and efficient, they quickly answered to all my requests in whatsapp and were always ready to help. We will stay in Kenya for some time for work and I’m really looking forward to booking more trips with Bencia!

The most amazing guide EVER!
We had the most amazing guide EVER!! Rafa was the best. He had endless knowledge in all the wildlife including a lot of birds as well. He was clearly passionate about seeing the animals, educating about them, and very conservation conscious! We wished we could have spent our entire trip with him, because he was the best!!

Amazing trip !
I went on a safari with some friends few weeks ago in Kenya and used the services of BENCIA to organise it.
When organising it from france, Alfred was always very responsive which was very appreciated.
The safari was an amazing experience thanks to our guide Joseph who clearly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.
He was full of passion for his work and had a good network within guides allowing us to always be on the right spots to see the most animals.
While this was not my first safari it was the most amazing one thanks to Joseph.
I could only recommend Bencia if you want to do a safari (and ask Joseph as guide you will not be disappointed !)

A safe and great trip is critical
We engaged Bencia prior to arrival to Kenya. Alfred has been given us prompt and useful advices on the trip planning. I did a price comparison and concluded to engage them for better value and flexible.
We enjoyed the freedom we had throughout the journey. The guide / driver was very patient with us and supportive. He is very punctual and careful in driving in the difficult road, Worked very hard in one of the days for almost non-stop driving of 12 hours on extremely bad road conditions.

Mount Kenya
I had 3 wonderful days to climb Mount Kenya. I felt safe at all times. They were able to inspire me with passion about the culinary arts on the mountain and the love for nature. I recommend them with a clear conscience.

Fantastic safari with great staff for low budget
Bencia Africa is very professional, affordable, trustworthy and provides great service. Not only did we have a great time with them during the Safari itself, but they even picked us up from the bus stop in Nairobi to bring us to the Hotel one day before the Safari started.
The team we went with was amazing. Our driver Joseph had eagle's eyes and saw every animal even from far away and made sure we can see it from up close. Also he had incredible driving skills and got us through every type of terrain. Thanks to him we got to see so many animals with the best view!
Also Bencia Africa provided our personal chef. John made delicious food, was caring for us, always friendly and smiling.
All in all the Safari was a fantastic experience with much comfort for a rather low price. I would definitely recommend to book Safari with Bencia Africa.

Affordable amazing Safari
I booked Safari with another three friends of mine to Masai mara, Our experience was absolutely wonderful, our driver Joseph was very knowledgeable of the animals and the area. The food was also delicious and well prepared by George. we really enjoyed every bit of the safari.
